This villa is built to optimise comfortable living in the sun to a high standard . The temperature in the house remains cool during the day. The living and dining area of the house faces south, out on to the expansive 150m2 decking and pool area. There are plenty of sunbathing areas in the open part of the terrace and the pool where the sun shines most of the day. There is also plenty of open garden around the house. There are BBQ areas, bikes, boules and a host of other outdoor activities which make outdoor living fun all day. Garden furniture and charcoal BBQ provided.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Landes region
The Landes region of France has lond golden sandy beaches and beautiful surf coastline. The pine forests surrounding the area add a beautiful charming atmosphere and the area is ideal for families with many activities as well as benefiting from the tranquility of the countryside.
Hossegor / Seignosse area
Although best known for its surfing, the area has stunning beaches and great restaurants, fantastic golf especially the reknowned Seignosse course. With the city of Biarritz only 30 minutes away and a visit to Spain and San Sebastian only 45 minutes away there is plenty of culture to enjoy.
How to get there
Ryan Air and Easyjet operate daily flights to Biarritz from multiple UK airports (incl. London, Luton, Birmingham, Bristol). Seignosse is approx 7 hours drive from St Malo and 2 hours drive from Bilbao. TGV runs from Paris several times a day and offers an overnight service to Biarritz (you can put the car on the train too!) Car hire is available from all airports and most major towns in the area

The large kitchen features full appliances including dishwasher and drying and washing machines in the adjoining utility room. Two bedrooms downstairs both have French doors opening onto the garden and one with an en-suite bathroom. A further family bathroom (with separate bath and shower) completes the downstairs living accommodation with 2 further bedrooms upstairs. One with large windows overlooking the front garden and the other is an en-suite with a south facing balcony and French doors overlooking the terrace and the pool. The two top bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
