The house is spacious and open plan on the ground floor with a bright, comfortable living room, dining area and modern, wooden kitchen with breakfast bar and all mod cons.
Both the front and back garden are very private and calm, perfect for relaxing in the sun on the outdoor furniture under the shade of the palm trees.
Seignosse golf clubhouse, which has a fantastic restaurant as well as the golf facilities is a short walk from the house, which is set in a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach is a ten-minute walk or a very short drive and is the setting for the world's top surfing competitions. The house and location combine to provide a very memorable holiday destination.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Landes region
The Landes region is set between the cities of Bordeaux, Bayonne and Biarritz, which are all reachable by car from Hossegor. The area is renowned for its beaches and world-class waves, which have made the area the European surfing capital.
The beach is popular with surfers and families and the hot climate in the summer and sunshine in spring and autumn make the destination very attractive to those looking for sunshine. The Seignosse Golf Course, on which the house is situated, is one of Europe's Top Twenty courses and is played by amateurs and professionals alike.
The Landes region is fairly flat and is lined with a great network of bike paths, great for cycling and walking. The stunning pine forests are also great for nature and dog walks.
Hossegor area
Hossegor is a stunning town packed with great shops, cafes, restaurants and beachfront bars. The local delicacies are seafood and duck, available in the many memorable eateries and there is plenty of fantastic wine to savour from the Bordeaux and Basque regions.
Water sports and safe swimming are available on the Hossegor lake as well as surfing on the beach, which stretches 250km. International surfing competitions are held in Hossegor and Seignosse in late August and the third week of September when the world's greatest surfers come to town.
There are many outdoor activities, including a water park in Seignosse, very popular with children. Local markets are held in both Seignosse and Hossegor throughout the summer.
How to get there
Budget airlines Ryanair and Easyjet fly into Biarritz airport from various airports in the UK including Stansted, Bristol and Gatwick. Biarritz is a 35-40 minute drive on the motorway and car hire is available with all the major car companies.
Bordeaux airport is 90 minutes north and is serviced by BMIbaby as well as Air France. Bilbao airport is 3 hours away.
Ferries come into northern France and the drive to Hossegor is around 8 hours, or into Santander, around 4 hours away. The toll roads are great and easy to drive on as they are quiet.
Car hire is recommended for making the most of the area.

Further details indoors: The lounge has two very comfortable sofas, a television with satellite, video, DVD player and very stylish, beach house interior design.
There is a dining table and chairs and a kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything the budding chef needs and the sociable layout is perfect for entertaining.
On the first floor, there are two private bedrooms with polished wooden ceilings and delightful views. The master bedroom has a large orthopaedic double bed and all linen and towels are provided. The second bedroom has a day bed that can either be used as a double or as two single beds.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided for baby guests and a sofa bed can also be added on arrangement for an extra adult.The bathroom has two sinks, a bath and shower and toilet. Wi-fi is also available.
Further details outdoors: The house has a front and a back garden, which are both private and extremely well tended. The rear garden is paved and overlooks the golf course. The front garden is eye-catching with palm trees and tropical plants bordering a paved terrace, which is illuminated by the sun.
A table and chairs are provided as well as a gas barbecue and sun loungers. The house has a reserved parking space.
Surf schools are on the beach for the beginner and world-class waves await the keen surfers. Hossegor town is a five minute drive away and is packed with fantastic boutiques, surf shops, restaurants, cafes and patisseries. Local markets are held at Seignosse and Hossegor in the spring and summer months.
