Further details indoors: The living room with separate dining and lounging area leads on the open aspect but separate fully equipped kitchen all brand new for the 2007 season. The loungs area leads out through 4 french windows to the patio and pool area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, sink toilet)are also located downstiars with a landing upstairs leading on to the master bedroom and a separate bathroom (bath/shower, sink and toilet).
Further details outdoors: The terrace areas leads striaght from the living room and is south facing with the private pool right outside. All living space and all bedrooms overlook the rear of the property which has open fields and is very quiet for this area. The frint of the house is set back from the road and opposite the road is an artisan zone with the Rip-Curl main office. This zone has a number of restaurants, shopws, supermarkets, wine cellars and many other shops and businesses.
