Guaranteed fresh and clean for every guest arrival with ceramic grippy tiled floors throughout and washable floor rugs - we even offer a body temperature outdoor dog shower, dog towels provided and free dog towel linen service during stay! Dogs can be left at the accommodation in purpose built kennel & run in private, dog proof fenced garden - cool, safe & supervised by us if it's too hot for the car or if you want to eat out, go to the theatre etc.! Underfloor heating plus wood burning stove ensures Winter break warmth and comfort, luxury 2000 pocket sprung King-size mattresses & quality bedding, hotel quality white fluffy towels provided, fully equipped home from home. Single level cottage is annexed converted contemporary stables to owners smallholding home - very private & rural with totally private and secluded garden but reassuring presence in remote rural location of someone on site and to hand should you need them! 1/2 mile inland from Cliffs & Sea! WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING ENQUIRY PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY ACCOMPANYING DOGS (OR THAT YOU WILL BE UNACCOMPANIED BY ANY DOGS) AND WHAT TYPE/BREED/SIZE PLEASE? We have no hard rules, being dog lovers ourselves and having specifically designed the Holiday Cottage to remain fresh and realistic to keep spotlessly clean and fresh for each and every visiting guest, even when accompanied by multiple dogs but we do need to ensure the facilities we provide will be suitable and ask that all accompanying dogs do not get on the furniture or beds please, are not likely to be destructive and that if you leave dogs whilst you go out you use the purpose provided safe kennel and run facility to leave them - no dogs can be left unattended inside the cottage or loose in the garden please.

East Riding of Yorkshire is one of the best kept secrets with the bay of Bridlington, Hornsea to Withernsea sharing it's very own temperate micro climate - ssssh, don't tell too many people! Rural and coastal it's not for the 'ravers' amongst you but if you seek all things calm, gentle, tranquil, relaxing, safe and unhurried then this destination is ideal for you!


Hornsea and surrounding area is a rural and coastal holiday destination for those seeking the quieter pleasures of life like gentle strolls along unpopulated sandy beaches that allow dogs, green walks along paths through the working countryside and the tranquil rural & coastal serenity of this quite undiscovered get away. Hornsea does offer 'retail therapy' at the easy to park, all on one level Freeport Shopping Outlet Village where Thornton Chocolates have an outlet shop! There's plenty of fishing locally - either sea or lake and Bempton RSPB Reserve or Flamborough Head with it's fabulous lighthouse for watching sea birds including Puffins. If you fancy a more traditional British seaside day out then Bridlington is only 15 miles away with it's working Harbour & Amusement Arcades
