"Upside down" house makes the most of the views. Upstairs you have lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, and family bathroom. Downstairs is one bedroom and beautiful shower room with double walk in shower, and fitted wc and basin. Not suitable for the totally wheelchair bound, but you can park right outside, and if you can manage one flight of not-too-steep stairs, then it could be suitable for the elderly/infirm; if unsure, please check with owner.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region
Horning is situated on the River Bure in the heart of the Norfolk Broads about 10 miles from Norwich and 1.5 miles from Wroxham, the home of the famous "Roys of Wroxham" ,the "largest village store in the world". Horning is a family friendly village which provides good local amenities including 3 riverside pubs (all serving food), restaurants, Chinese takeaway, fish & chip shop, tea room, deli, butcher, newsagent/grocery store, post office & hair & beauty salon. Just a 5 minute walk down the road there is a small leisure centre the "Helska" with heated swimming pool, spa, sauna & gym. Fine sandy beaches are a 20 minute drive away, a bit further afield some of the beaches in North Norfolk are among the most beautiful in the country.
The Horning area
Day boats can be hired locally for days or the week. Belwilderwood - The Tree House Adventure Park is just up the road. Wroxham Barns craft centre makes for a lovely day out with it's craft shops, children's fun fair and junior farm where all the family can feed and interact with the animals and it's only 3 miles away. The Bure valley Railway leaves from Wroxham, an old Great Eastern line it links Wroxham to the ancient market town of Alysham, great fun for all the family.
There is an excellent 18 hole golf course 6 miles away.

Fantastic location in Horning central to pubs, restaurants, shops, and boat hire. This house overlooks the river with fantastic views from the sun terrace perfect to just sit and watch the boats go by. We tried some fishing from the end of the garden and was pleasantly surprised how many we caught. The accommodation is spacious with the living area on the upper level which makes the most of the views. The property has its own mooring which was ideal as we had hired a boat for five days.Only one small negative the bathroom and bedrooms could do with a little updating. But overall the property is fantastic with the location being the main attraction.
