A well presented house in a small row, set in a quiet residential area, in the old market town of Honiton, set amidst the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the border of Devon and Somerset. A short 10 minutes walk down to the wide selection of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants, (with small courtyards and walkways leading off the high street), museum with examples of Honiton Lace, galleries, antique shops (Honiton being the antiques capital for the South West and further) and indoor swimming pool.

The popular street market takes place every Tuesday and Saturday. There are many lovely walks and cycle paths in the area including Round Ball Woods and The Glen and the golf course is just over a 5 minutes drive. Also nearby is the popular award winning aquatic centre at Escot Country Park.

An excellent positioned holiday base with so much to see with the Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth, Beer and Seaton an easy drive away, under 12 miles and numerous National Trust properties with gardens to see.

So much to explore and see with easy access to Exeter, further to Dartmoor and Exmoor.

BBC Countryfile recommend visiting Honiton, situated by the picturesque River Otter as a 'hidden gem' and 'a lively little Devon town that is full of character and history'.
