The Honiton / Dunkeswell area
The quaint little village Dunkeswell is situated in the picturesque Blackdown Hills, close to the market town of Honiton, and boasts a shop and traditional country pub. Set in beautiful countryside, this charming, peaceful village is a great place to hide away if you want some well-earned peace and quiet. This little gem of a location is ideally placed for exploring the Jurassic Coast – full of fossil-packed beaches such as Sidmouth and Seaton – the cathedral city of Exeter and the fabulous landscapes that Exmoor has to offer, all a mere twenty-three miles away. Exeter itself possesses a great shopping centre with a wide range of top-brand names, many restaurants and a wonderful museum. Also within easy reach are some more active pastimes in the form or Crealy Adventure Park and Dunkeswell Go Karting, making Dunkeswell a great base for exploring the wider area, whatever your interests.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
