Le Petit Panorama has been furnished to provide you with everything you need for a relaxing self catering holidays but with some extra home comforts which you might expect from a boutique hotel.
This cottage benifits from being just a 10 minute walk to the 'Vieux Bassin' where you find many restaurants, galleries etc.

The Normandy / Calvados region

Attractions such as Monet Gardens at Giverny, Bayeaux Tapestry, Paris ( 2hours drive or an exiciting cruise away), D-Day landing beaches, Seine Valley, Norman Abbeys and of course the famouse beach resorts of Deauville and Troucville are only a short drive away, famous for its annual film festival and horse racing and polo. Deauville also boasts a casino and a large array of designer shops. Also very near to Honfleur there are some excellent golf courses. St. Gatiens only a 15 minture drive away and Deauville golf course just another 10 minute drive.

Honfleur area

Honfleur is far more than a traditional French port, the characteristic Normandie architecture with it's tall merchant houses and sharply pitched slate roofs makes Honfleur a truly unique place. The cobbled streets meander around the ancient harbour which can be traced back as early as the Viking period. It rightly remains one of France's top 20 tourist destinations. Everything is accessible by foot. The beach ,the beautifully gardens, open air swimming pool, 10 tennis courts and mini golf are all within a short distance.But the real pull of Honfleur are the fantastic selection of restaurants and art galleries. Honfleur is a true gastronomic paradise.

The most popular way of travelling to Honfleur is by ferry and road. Having your own transport while staying in Honfleur will enable you to visit as much of the Calvados region as you wish.
Boulonge (from Dover) -2.5 hours drive to Honfleur - Crossing time 55 minutes on Speed Ferries.
Calais (from Dover) - 3 hours drive to Honfleur - Crossing time 1 hour 20 minutes on the Ferry(Seafrance) or 40 minutes on Speed Ferries. (Toll 19 euros)
Dieppe (from Newhaven) 2 hour drive to Honfleur - Crossing time 3 hours 15 minutes (Toll12 euros)
Le Harve (from Portsmouth or Newhaven) - Just 15 miles away when you cross the spectacular Pont de Normandie Bridge - (Toll 5 euros) Crossing time 5 hours
Caen (from Portsmouth or Newhaven) - 47 miles about 1 hour drive accross Normandy - (Toll 2.90 euros) Crossing time 5 hours by ferry or 3 hours by Fastcraft.
Euro Tunnel Calais (from Dover) 35 minutes in tunnel - 3 hours drive to Honfleur (toll 19 euros)

This spacious cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. There is separate shower room with hand basin and separate w.c..

Also on the first floor there is large terrace overlooking Honfleur and the Pont De Normandie. Perfect for a summer evening for drinks and dining.

The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living area with seating for 7 people and includes a T.V. and DVD player, leading into a beautiful kitchen with dining area for 8 people. The kitchen includes cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. There is also a utility room containing a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

Linen and towels provided.

. We can also offer secure parking for 2 cars for an additonal charge of 8 euros per day for each car .

Please contact the owner for confirmation of availability.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to secure a booking and the balance to paid 6 weeks prior to departure. For a last minute booking please contact the owner to arrange payment.

With the final payment of the booking a security deposit is also required of £150.00.which will be returned to you on within 1 week of departure after the cottage has been checked through and left as you found it on arrival. Any damage or loss will be deducted from this holding fee.

Rental costs do not included cleaning.

On arrival you will be required to leave a payment of 60 euros for cleaning.

Conditions

Please arrive between the hours of 4pm (16 hrs) and 6pm (18hrs) and vacate the cottage at 10am on day of
departure. Contact number of the key holder will be given to you when the final balance has been received.
