The Normandy / Calvados region
Attractions such as Monet Gardens at Giverny, Bayeaux Tapestry, Paris ( 2hours drive or an exiciting cruise away), D-Day landing beaches, Seine Valley, Norman Abbeys and of course the famouse beach resorts of Deauville and Troucville are only a short drive away, famouse for its annual film festival and horse racing and polo. Deauville also boasts a casino and a large array of designer shops. Also very near to Honfleur there are some excellent golf courses. St. Gatiens only a 15 minture drive away and Deauville golf course just another 10 minute drive.
Honfleur / St Catherine's Quarter area
Honfleur is far more than a traditional French port, the characteristic Normandie architecture with it's tall merchant houses and sharply pitched slate roofs makes Honfleur a truly unique place. The cobbled streets meander around the ancient harbour which can be traced back as early as the Viking period. It rightly remains one of France's top 20 tourist destinations. Everything is accessible by foot. The beach ,the beautifully gardens, open air swimming pool, 10 tennis courts and mini golf are all within a short distance.But the real pull of Honfleur are the fantastic selection of restaurants and art galleries. Primrose is a spacious apartment with double height windows in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The apartment comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The dining table can easily accommodate 6 people and can be extended to cater for up to 10 people.
The first large double bedroom has a loft style mezzanine level accessed by a pull down staircase - there are 2 comfortable single mattresses located in the eaves - a popular den for older children and teeenages (as well as adults!). As the mezzanine level is high up children under the age of 10 must be supervised.
The second double bedroom has a double height ceiling with a beautifully beamed dressing area.
Linen, towels and fluffy bathrobes are provided in both bedrooms.
There is one family sized bathroom and one shower room both with hand basins and WCs.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to secure a booking and the balance to paid 6 weeks prior to departure. For a last minute booking please contact the owner to arrange payment.
Rental costs do not included cleaning.
On arrival you will be required to leave a holding fee of 200 euros and a payment of 50 euros for cleaning. . The 200 euros will be returned to you on your day of departure after the apartment has been checked through and left as you found it on arrival. Any damage or loss will be deducted from this holding fee.
Conditions
Please arrive between the hours of 4.00 pm (16 hrs) and 7.00 pm (19hrs) and vacate the apartment at 10am on day of departure. Contact number of the key holder will be given to you when the final balance has been received.
