Bungalow | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 5
Pollymoor stands in its own private ground and sleeps four / five people with room for a cot if required. We also own a similar bungalow next door which is called Hoblyns Cove, this can also be rented. Pollymoor Beach has ample private parking and lawned gardens front and rear. The rear garden is terraced, leading down to a private gated opening to National Trust pathway to the beach and valley. Sun loungers, barbecue and decked area are also laid out to allow for a taste of al fresco living whilst you are gently lulled into rest and relaxation. With the beach on your door step (approximately five minutes walk) leave the stresses of every day life behind, feel the sand between your toes the surf against your skin and exist in carefree moments to be savoured.

The West Country region
Holywell Bay Beach is a 3/4 mile stretch of golden sand, sheltered by impressive headlands and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquil scenery.
The holiday accommodation is in Holywell and the village is just a short walk from the beach, beachside shops, cafes and eateries.
The kids can play in the shallow, lazy river which is tidal but safe and sheltered from the sea by a sand-dune. This area was important due to its secret Holy Well, now just a few regular holiday makers enjoy this unspoilt place of outstanding natural beauty.
Holywell Bay provides plenty of room for surfing, or just playing in the waves, the beach and its visitors are guarded by beach lifeguards (from mid-May to the end of September), swimmers have to swim between the red and yellow flags, while the surfers have a different area to themselves.
Holywell Village has shops, and two inns serving locally produced food. Nearby is Holywell Bay Golf Course and Holywell Fun Park which offers pitch and putt, go-karting and bumper boats to keep the children amused. The headlands form part of the Cornish Coastal Path and Holywell is an ideal base to explore the magnificent scenery of the North coast of Cornwall (voted forth best view in the National Trust 2008).

"Cornwall on your doorstep"
We had a great time at Hoblyn's Cove. The weather was pleasant and with two pubs within a couple of minute's walk and the beach in ten, you don't have to go far to enjoy yourself. The facilities are more than adequate and Chris was immediately on hand to adjust the TV aerial, in the evening!

"comfortable home from home"
We stayed as a group and rented both bungalows, this was ideal as we all had our own space. The gate in the fence allowed us to move between both bungalows easily. Both were extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. booking was easy and trouble free. very quiet location and we all slept well. Easy access to the beach and local pubs,we only ate at the treguth inn but the food was very good.the whole family enjoyed their stay so I cannot say more than that. Would use again

"Home from home."
We booked both the cottages for a week (family of three and grand parents). We found the house to be centrally located for touring and conveniently close to the beach. Our son (5) loved the playroom in Polymoor and we all enjoyed BBQ's on the decking. Several pubs to try in the local area and great fish and chips down the road.

Hoblyns Cove was perfect. Quite location in March with beach and pub very close by. It contained everything that you could possible need and was very comfortable, like home from home.

"Gorgeous place, love it"
We have stayed on a number of occasions and love it here. It's very luxurious and very cosy at the same time. My boys have a great time in the play room and it gives myself and my husband a chance to chill and spend time together as a family. Kitted out with everything you need in the kitchen, I think there's more than what I have at home even. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Would most certainly recommend to anyone and the owners are truly lovely people. Will definately be visiting again.

This is our second visit to Pollymoor and in 2 years it had been improved so much with a four poster bed and en suite with roll top bath.
It has a big games room for children and the young at heart(we did have a go on the very mini table tennis table!)
The walk to Holywell Bay is just 5 mins away and it's a beautiful beach.
The Pollymoor was clean and tidy and the owners very friendly and helpful.

"Home from Home"
Lovely property, well maintained. Lovely touches which make it a little bit special. The location is perfect as you can stroll to beach, and the pub on route is very nice. Beach is excellent for kids. Cant wait to go back already and might even get some friends or family to book next door at same time.

"Couldn't have asked for more!"
'Comfortable villa that feels like home with good facilities', those are the words from one of my sons. This is our third holiday to Holywell Bay, two at Pollymoor and this year our first at Hoblyns Cove. As always we received a warm welcome with the added bonus of a bottle of bubbly and milk in the fridge. Both bungalows are very comfy with the added luxuries of a dishwasher and washing machine that you don't always receive on a self catering holiday. There's a wide range of games in the games room and a varied DVD collection for a night in or a rainy day. The bungalows are located a very short walking distance from the beautiful beach and there are two pubs nearby which cater well for families after a busy day in the surf. We look forward to returning in the near future to a beautiful cornish retreat.
