The cottage is a typical norfolk cottage. It has been renovated to a high standard yet maintains its original character and charm. Peppercorn cottage is situated 4 KM away from the Georgian town of Holt and close to the seaside town of Sheringham.
Local attraction include golf, fishing and walking. There are many cycling routes to explore with lovely country pubs to provide refreshement on the way.The area provides lots of beaches to discover along the coast although for people who wish to stay closer to home the enclosed garden provides privacy and space to relax.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region
North Norfolk is an area of great natural beauty. With miles of sandy beaches costal paths and diverse wildlife. The areas of Blakeney, Wells, Hunstanton and Cley are all within easy reach. National trust properties such as Blickling, Felbrigg and Sheringham park are also nearby.
Holt / Bodham area
Bodham is a quiet village with a pub and a shop within 1/4 of a mile of the cottage. There is easy access to the charming towns of Sheringham and Holt for the those wishing to shop or take advantage of the many fantastic small shops and some good restaurants. Sheringham has a swimming pool for wet days or enjoy the many beaches within easy reach. The north Norfolk railway is close by providing the opportunity to see and travel on steam trains whilst enjoying the views.
How to get there
Fly to Luton or Stansted for Norfolk. Alternativly fly to Heathrow and Gatwick for longer journey. Car hire essential from all airports.

Further details indoors: Down stairs has a lobby with toilet and hand basin a well appointed kitchen and a lovely sitting room with a log fire. Upstairs bedroom one has two single beds, Bedroom two has a double bed The third bedroom with z bed leads off of the double bedroom which in turn leads to the upstairs bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The large private garden is accessed from a path which leads off the courtyard. Garden furniture and a washing line are provided. Mountain bikes available for hire if required
