The bespoke hand-made fitted kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher, large butler sink & mixer tap, kettle & toaster, dinning table with seating for 4.
The living room has a sofa and 2 easy chairs, a log burner, LED TV with access to free view, DVD player, CD player, library of books and games.
Please note the original staircase is quite steep.
