Slightly further afield, but still within about an hour’s drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple, Dartmoor National Park, historic Tintagel, and Bodmin Moor, making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall.

Lounge/diner: with double sofa bed, patio doors, woodburner (first basket of logs included), flatscreen TV, DVD, recording HD box and PlayStation2 with a collection of games. Kitchen: with electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio with seating you are also welcome to explore the land. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (please ensure kept on a lead when on-site and outside of the enclosed patio as the owners keep chickens, sheep and resident rabbit). Arrival: 3.30pm.
