This barn conversion has been renovated to a high standard, encompassing high ceilings and characterful original beams with a modern and attractive interior providing a relaxing retreat and base for exploring the surrounding area and a retreat in the beautiful Devonshire countryside.

You do not have to travel any further than the property's doorstep to discover the footpath that runs right outside and leads on to the rolling fields. If you wish to explore the surrounding area, there are many attractions to suit all tastes including Roadford Lakes on the edge of Dartmoor where you can try your hand at watersports, Cookworthy Forest for walkers, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project and many National Trust Properties. The beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay are along the North Cornish coastline and are a short drive away.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master king-size with hi-fi and french doors leading onto patio area and en-suite shower with WC and 1 zip and link twin room with 2'6" beds (which can be made into a king size on request). Bathroom: with bath, shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD, iPod dock with internet radio, a selection of books and DVD's and woodburner (first basket of logs provided). Kitchen area includes electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining area with table and chairs. Outside: enclosed garden area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric, underfloor heating throughout and wi-fi included. 2 travel cots available. Regret no pets or smoking in the property. Additional info: welcome pack provided. £150 security deposit applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday, fully refundable within 14 days departure Location: beach 20 miles, shop 1.5 miles and pub 1.5 miles on a circular walking route.
