This fantastic location allows parties to explore the treasures of both counties with great ease, being only a 20 minute drive to the sandy beaches on the North coast, including the excellent surfing beach of Widemouth and several small sandy coves around the seaside town of Bude, with its shops, pubs and restaurants (approximately 8 miles). The market town of Holsworthy is just 3 miles from Higher Hopworthy offering traditional countryside shops, cafes and pubs. A popular 18 hole golf course is situated just a few miles away and many family attractions are well worth a visit including The Milky Way. Riding, fishing and the coastal footpaths are also close by.
Leisure facilities: you are welcome to enjoy the 140 acres of farmland with a large pond and free fishing. The whole family can enjoy exploring the countryside and viewing various species of wildlife. Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Location: pub 1 mile and shop 3 miles, beach approximately 8 miles.

Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: spacious hexagonal room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with woodburner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with large farmhouse pine dining table, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: private patio with seating and BBQ. Further land is available as a play area. Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars.
