BRUADAIR is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! . The completion of the villa in January '07 means that we can now share our dream (which is the translation of Bruadair) with you too!

It has taken a lot of vision and resource to complete this wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?

The villa has been furnished with a great deal of thought, we shipped all the furniture and accessories from Indonesia, each piece was designed and made for each room - the result is truly fantastic!

The St James Parish region

Barbados has so much to offer, more than just the sun, sea and sand usually associated with a Caribbean island, you will find an incredible range of holiday activities for all interests and tastes. Holetown area

HOLETOWN - in the Parish of St James on the Islands Platinum Coast, is a lively place to eat, drink and shop. It is one the largest towns on the Island and you should find everything that you need here. At the beaches you will find watersports to suit all tastes, scuba, jet-skis, swimming with turtles and many more. There are some great bar/restaurants on the beaches that also show all the international football matches. The local supermarket is well stocked and there are a great selection of gift/duty free shops also. Some of the best hotels and restaurants are close by, Sandy Lane Hotel and The Cliff are fantastic places to go to for that special night out! You will find two great golf courses close by, Sandy Lanes and Westmoreland, there is also a gymnasium in Holetown.

I thought I would drop you a line to let you know what a fabulous time we had at the villa, many thanks indeed for being so flexible regarding the rooms at the property. The house is stunning and is completed to such a high standard throughout. The maids were great fun and kept the place clean and tidy for all 9 days we stayed. We would certainly recommend the villa to any of our friends.

I would like to thank you for renting us your beautiful villa it was more than we had expected. It was a wonderful way to enjoy a family holiday, we all had our individual spaces but also amazing areas to enjoy as a group.
Your games and movies were enjoyed during our rainy days and lazy evenings. The monkeys also decided to entertain us which was really amazing. The staff was very accommodating and fun to be around, we really enjoyed them especially the chef that Lisa had arranged for us. You have a wonderful place that you should be very proud of. I think the days of all inclusive holidays are gone for us! -

I just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had in Barbados and that Bruadair Villa is amazing! What a perfect place to get married - we were so lucky to have found it!

Our day was very special and we could not have done it without the brilliant staff! they were excellent - they even arranged 2 Doves for us to release as a surprise! They were on hand for the whole of our stay and helped arrange some fantastic trips for us - especially the Private Sunset Cruise on Silver Moon!

And not forgetting Elmaudrey and Tonia - they were both lovely and did a superb job keeping the Villa spotless all week!

All of our party had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Barbados is such a great Island and I can honestly say it was the best week of my life!

We will definitely be returning and hope to stay at the Bruadair again - it was like living in a Palace and I would recommend it to anyone!
