About the home

The house and gardens are well maintained and feature a sunken living room, open plan dining room. A spacious informal sitting area, opens onto the lush tropical gardens and leads to the air conditioned bedrooms 3 of which feature en-suite bathrooms. It is a four minute walk to the sea through a private pathway leading from the front of the villa.

The living areas are very open plan giving the feeling of outdoor living with doors that open out onto the garden, a large pool area and gazebo which is ideal for relaxing meals over looking the large pool. An ideal Caribbean oasis.

The villa boasts a lovely Spanish style with terracotta roof and one level open plan living. It is set back from the main road allowing peace a tranquility.

The pool is surrounded by 8 sunloungers and boasts a beautiful poolside gazebo with a dining area.
Enjoy a fresh coconut or mango from one of the many fruit trees then wnjoy the 2 minute stroll to the beach.

St James is where you will find the best in beaches, dining and entertainment that Barbados has to offer.

It is on Barbados gold cost which is a famous celebrity haunt.

There is plenty to do and go and visit all around the area. It is simply a fantastic and wonderful place to go on holiday.

The Holetown / Queens Fort area

Hole town is the third largest town in Barbados it offers 3 shopping malls and has all the amenities you would expect of a small town, including a 24 hour medical centre and well stocked supermarkets offering local and international foods.

Bridgetown is easily accessible by car or bus for the more adventurous where you can freely explore the local attractions, markets and enjoy the people.

A range of fabulous restaurants, hotels, water sports, horse riding and beaches in close proximity and providing something for everyone.

Traveling to Barbados is easy and convenient. Charter companys offer trips and regular flights from all major uk airports. Travel time is 7 hours and 30 minutes.
British citizens do not need a visa, other nationals must check with the Bardados embassy or tourist board.

“Great place to stay with fantastic hosts” 7 of us stayed at the villa for a week back in April, we were catered for perfectly by Tony and Rose who really made our trip. Tony's gravy is worth the trip alone. The villa was ideal for us, loads of outside space and plenty inside. The villa was well equipped and included a monster television. Tony would cook up our meals with what ever we gave him and the results never dissapointed, he even managed to accomodate the eating habits of a rather picky arabic man in our group. Local transport is very easy and cheap, although it may be worth hiring a car for going to the nearby supermarket. We plan on returning.

“Exceeded exceedingly high expectations” Having seen the photos of Klearwater our group were very excited about the prospect of staying there. However, upon arrival the photos don't do the place justice. It is far larger than we expected and the rooms were all wonderful; it comfortably slept 7 of us. The real highlight though were the Tony and Rose, the chef and maid respectively, as they made us feel so welcome and at home during our time there. Tony's cooking was some of the best we experienced throughout our two weeks in the Caribbean, especially his famous gravy, and Rose was always on hand to make our stay seamless and carefree. The villa is a few minutes walk to a wonderful beach and Holetown is easily walkable in 10-15 minutes. There are a few local bars and restaurants nearby that are also enjoyable. However, when the villa is so well equipped we didn't feel a need to stay out very long. Our main regret is that we didn't stay longer than the three nights we were there.
