Set in beautiful garden with private pool just steps away from a stunning stretch of West Coast beach, this 5-bed home offers a tranquil and relaxed retreat in the desirable Queens Fort enclave in St. James.

Electronic gates open to a small courtyard with a majestic tree at the front. Classic with clean lines, the single level holiday home has a good flow and is designed with entertaining in mind.

From the main entrance, is a corridor leading to the kitchen on the left and 3 comfy bedrooms, all with en suites, at the end to the right. The master bedroom with a beautiful tray ceiling, has doors opening out to the garden.

Directly ahead of the entrance is the sitting room – ideal for curling up on a chair with a book – which is linked to the dining room.

En route to the kitchen is the buffet area, a separate space with a large round table perfect for platters of tempting local delicacies, conveniently just outside the well-equipped kitchen. The dining room, which accommodates 8, is accessible from both the buffet area and kitchen. After dinner, it's no surprise that the outdoor seating area on the covered terrace with a splendid view of the pool, is a popular place for guests to congregate, since it opens off the spacious bar.

Surrounded by lush greenery is the pool, flanked by the gazebo on the left with wet bar, barbecue, wine cooler with the cottage on the opposite side. The charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is steps away from the pool and faces the gazebo. Following the stepping stones in a shady grove from the gazebo, you will pass an outdoor shower near to one of two gates leading to a pristine West Coast beach.

Car Rental Offer is based on economy rental car for 4 passengers for duration of stay. Vehicle can be collected from and returned to the airport, or delivered to the villa on day of arrival, or next morning if arriving after 5pm, and collected from villa on day of departure.

If an economy car is unavailable we will provide a car in the next category (to a maximum of $300 USD per week) Vehicle upgrades or additional vehicles are available at an extra cost to client.
