BRUADAIR is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! .
It has taken a lot of vision and resource to complete this wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?
The villa has been furnished with a great deal of thought, we shipped all the furniture and accessories from Indonesia, each piece was designed and made for each room - the result is truly fantastic!

The St James Parish region
The famous "West Coast" an amazing destination that reveals class, sophistication, and luxury. Barbados lays claim to some of the Caribbean’s most sophisticated and upscale villas and is often referred to as the gem of the Caribbean. Steeped in English tradition, providing the royal treatment to the wealthy and famous for centuries.
The British influence remains quite strong and is reflected in the hotels that still serve afternoon tea. Bajans, as the islanders are known, have perfected combining British-style manners with a Caribbean friendliness and openness - a combination that makes travelers feel most welcome and pampered. The mood on the island is unmistakably civilized with an air of British formality.
The Holetown area
Holetown - in the Parish of St James on the Islands Platinum Coast, is a lively place to eat, drink and shop. It is one the largest towns on the Island and you should find everything that you need here. At the beaches you will find watersports to suit all tastes, scuba, jet-skis, swimming with turtles and many more. There are some great bar/restaurants on the beaches that also show all the international football & rugby matches.
The local supermarket is well stocked and there are a great selection of gift/duty free shops also. Some of the best hotels and restaurants are close by, Sandy Lane Hotel and The Cliff are fantastic places to go to for that special night out! You will find two great golf courses close by, Sandy Lanes and Westmoreland, there is also a gymnasium in Holetown.
