We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and thank you for such kind words and for taking great care of the property during your stay. We too have traveled with our family of 5 and have experienced a range of standards in the accommodation we chose. Thank you for that amazing review, it was our pleasure! I will clarify however that the TripAdvisor advertisement is correct and does reflect the current accommodation available at Crescentfield. The stairwell and upstairs rooms of the cottage have indeed been closed until further notice however there are still 2 bedrooms downstairs and a rollaway or cot available so the cottage will sleep up to 5. There is no change to all other facilities or our level of service and we are certainly still open for business.
