About the home

A beautiful and spacious three bedroomed apartment set on two floors and positioned in landscaped gardens with stunning views of Babadag mountain. The property boasts 2 large pools and 2 children's and benefits from a large terrace with dining for 6. Excellent location in a quiet area of Ovacik but located only a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Hisaronu, Olu Deniz beach with its beautiful lagoon and Fethiye are only a short dolmus bus ride away.

* Secure walled and gated property which is staffed 24 hours.
* Car park on site should you choose to hire a car or bike.
* Contact numbers will be provided for assistance and maintenance issues.
* Travel cot included for infants.

* Strictly no smoking permitted apart from on the terrace.
* Sorry no wheelchair access due to steps and stairs.
* £100 deposit is required to secure any booking and is non-refundable.* The balance is required 4 weeks prior to departure and to be paid by cheque in GBP.
* £100 breakages/damages deposit also required - Fully refundable once apartment checked and reported okay - allowances made for small breakages, such as glasses, plates and the like and will not be deducted.
* We would appreciate it if you could inform us of any breakages or replace them in the interests of other guests.
* Arrival, departure dates and holiday duration are completely flexible, subject to availability.
* It is essential that you make arrangements for your own travel insurance.
* Families and couples preferred.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise coast is the south west coast of Turkey. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its pine clad mountains and beautiful beaches. Ovacik is a quiet rural area on the outskirts of the lively, friendly resort of Hisaronu. Olu Deniz, is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey and is just 10 minutes away by dolmus.
Fethiye is a large, bustling market town and is 15 minutes away.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

The local dolmus' (minibuses), run past the top of the Grena complex on the main Fethiye to Hisaronu road. These will quickly and easily take you to Hisaronu, Olu Deniz and Fethiye for just a few pence.

Hisaronu is within walking distance. Although the restaurants and bars local to the complex are excellent.
Hisaronu has an abundance of restaurants which cater for all tastes. The quality of food is outstanding and good value.

Fethiye is the main market town, set on a beautiful natural harbour. Here you can shop till you drop then sit on the harbour and people watch. Ovacik has a good, peaceful location, yet near to all the action. There are several small supermarkets next to the complex for food essentials and several restaurants if you don't want to go far.

Fly to Dalaman airport. The Grena complex is approximately 50 mins to 1 hour away.

Private transfers can be arranged from a total cost of £30 return for 2-4 persons and for 5-8 persons a total cost of £80 return. Enquiries and total cost can be provided if interested. Payment of this would be made direct to the transfer company, either in GBP or Turkish Lira.

A good choice of charter carriers fly from many regional airports of the UK from April to October. www.cheapflightseats.com and www.travelsupermarket.com are useful flight price comparison websites.
