About the home

This 3 bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 5 people with three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom comprises of one queen size bed, dressing table, one double wardrope and two bedside cabinets. This bedroom has en suite suite bathroom along with a large balcony area with comfortable seating and coffee table.
The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
The third bedroom has one single bed. wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside cabinet's along with a small balcony. Both second and third bedrooms are adajcent to the large main bathroom.

The spacious living area comprises of a large leather settee, two armchairs, coffee table, and TV
The open plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all modern facilities. There is a toilet and shower room on the ground floor.

There are two large patio areas one of which is shaded by a pagoda with growing grape vines. The patio dining table has four reclining chairs, and an addional six upright chairs which can be found in our basement.

The villa has air conditioning units in every room. Mountain View is linked with Club Orka Hotel which has all the amenities of a four star hotel which our guests are welcome to use. Maid service is provided on a regular basis along with the option of a half board facility at Club Orka.

A cot and highchair can be provided by the Orka Hotel Reception. At the hotel you also have use of a gym, pool table and spa facilities including turkish bath. A large television is positioned in the bar area where sporting events are televised.

Further details outdoors:
The large Olympic style swimming pool has an impressive sun-bathing deck which extends out into the pool. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Our villa is situated on a raised level slightly back from the swimming pool, allowing privacy whilst still being able to supervise young children in the pool.

24 hour security is provided on the complex in conjunction with Club Orka.

English speaking staff at Club Orka Hotel are available for help and advice 24 hours a day.
We would ask that guests do not smoke in the villa and pets are not welcome.
Please do not feed or encourage any stray cats and dogs to the villa.
Swimming pool available May to October inclusive.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Ovacik is located between Oludeniz and Fethiye. Ovacik is a village spread out in a beautiful valley just below the Babadag mountain. The clean air and warm breezes adds to the beautiful landscapes over looking the valley. Temperatures range from 18oc to 43oc from May to October. If your not worried about these high temperatures, some winter months can provide you with warm sunny days where temperatures can reach the mid 70's. For the hardier a winter ski resort is within an hours drive.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

The area of Oludeniz is known as The Turquoise Coast due to its incredible crystal clear waters of the blue lagoon. Oludeniz is one of the most photographed beaches in Turkey and is popular for paragliding watersports and boat trips.
The quaint town of Fethiye is a short drive away and boasts a bustling harbour and promenade with attractive bars and restaurants.The fish market is a must, choose your fish and the adjacent restaurants will cook it to your desired taste. From the harbour boat trips to suit all tastes can be arranged. Fethiye with its traditional and modern shops is a must for shopaholics or those who just like to browse. Also a market is on certain days of the week.
Hisaronu is a charming resort that caters for all tastes including late night clubbing. The resort is family orientated and has a variety of restaurants to suit all cuisines. Its location makes it an ideal spot for walkers where you can visit the nearby deserted village of Kayakoy with its ancient ruins and local history.

Airport transfers can be arranged through us with Club Orka and payable at Reception on arrival. Transfer time from airport approx 45 minutes.

“Fantastic villa and great holiday” Had a great holiday here in July of 2011 -excellent villa catering for our every need and the complex and surrounding area are ideal. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby in Ovacik and Hisaronu - boat trips, quad bikes and jeep safari are all good fun. Would highly recommend this villa we were so impressed that we are returning in 2012 - Many thanks, The Jackson Family from Tyne and Wear.
