Tastefully furnished to a high specification in contemporary style this delightful luxury apartment is in an excellent location being only a few minutes walk from the end of the main street in Hisaronu and yet it affords peace and quiet.The sunny, spacious terrace, with lovely wrought iron daybed, dining furniture and BBQ is perfect for al fresco living and is conveniently located next to the pool. With one double bedroom and sofabeds in the lounge the apartment is ideal for couples or families. There is an abundance to see and do in the surrounding area and of course the exquisitely pretty Olu Deniz lagoon and beach .

This luxury apartment benefits from superior hot/cold air conditioning and is on the ground floor of a small gated complex with a communal swimming pool (never busy) and pretty landscaped gardens.

The living area has a comfortable sofa that doubles up as a spare single or even double bed.There is a coffee table, pouffe, table lamps, CD player and various games and books. From the living room two sets of French doors open up onto the sun terrace.

The fitted kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It includes a dishwasher, fridge with ice box, gas/electric hob with cooker hood over, grill and electric oven. An electric kettle and a toaster are supplied.

The bedroom has two luxury single beds, with storage underneath. The beds can be pushed together to make a king-size bed complete with king-size bedding. There are bedside chests with drawers and bedside lights, a double wardrobe with drawers inside and an electronic safe. There is a dressing table unit with illuminated mirror above and stool. Full length mirror. Hair-dryer and adaptors supplied . Mosquito plugs. Opening French doors. Black out curtains.

The shower room is fully tiled with shower cubicle, washbasin with illuminated mirror, WC, washing machine and fitted cupboards. French doors leading onto a small balcony, this is the ideal location to keep the clothes drying out of sight! Concertina clothes airer/dryer. Beach towels not provided.

The hallway has the benefit of a built-in cupboard for storage. An iron and an ironing board.

Further details outdoors:
Local buses 'dolmus' leave every 10 minutes for Olu Deniz or Fethiye. Cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, hairdressing and beauty salons abound here in Hisaronu and its all on your doorstep! There is an excellent supermarket just across the road, and a bar/cafe is next to the complex so even cooked English breakfast is just a stone's throw away if you don't want to bother with the frying pan!

• The complex has a large swimming pool which is maintained daily
• Swimming pool opens in May and closes end of October
• There are sun loungers, parasols, tables etc, provided with the apartment, for sole use of guests
• The poolside area is a natural sun trap
• For safety reasons the pool is a glass free zone. For this reason plastic glasses, etc are provided

The prices quoted include a clean and change of linen and towels prior to occupation and weekly thereafter. If you require additional cleaning mid week this can be arranged at an additional fee.

Hisaronu is generally closed during the winter months, but there are a few bars, hotels and restaurants open all year. Fethiye is open all year round and Olu Deniz beach has restaurants open. The apartment is open all year round and is an ideal low cost base for sight seeing, walking or just resting off season. Discounts may be available please enquire.

• Non refundable balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival date
• Refundable £100 breakage deposit required with final balance payment to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

• Not suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the flights of steps down to the apartment from street level
• Check In from 3pm on day of arrival
• Check Out by 12noon on day of departure

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast is located on the south west coast of Turkey. Known as Lycia in ancient times, it is a region of breath-taking beauty, with pine-covered slopes rising straight out of the sparkling clear Mediterranean. Hisaronu is in a great location for many activities taking place in this region.

You can paraglide in Oludeniz one day, canoe down the Xanthos river to Patara the next, paintball in the pine forests of Kaya Koyu and still take an overnight trip to the classical ruins of Ephesus. Not to mention the spectacular Saklikent Gorge and the mud baths at Dalyan or take a jeep safari. You simply can't fit them all in, in one trip!

With its beautiful climate - bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, this region has something to offer everyone, from a variety of activities (sporting, walking, shopping, historical) to a multitude of watersports or simply just soaking up the sun. What more could you ask for!!

The Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area

Hisaronu is a lively village set in a beautiful location on a plateau (easy walking) high above Olu Deniz surrounded by stunning pine-clad mountains. The cooling breezes making it a delight in the hot summer temperatures.

If you want to get out and about, there are many excursions that can be arranged with local tour operators to the above mentioned places. The famous lagoon and beach of Ölüdeniz is just a short dolmus ride away (approx.10 minutes). We spent most days on the beach, it's so laid back, and very entertaining watching the paragliders descend. (Well recommended for the adventurous - it's an amazing experience, with breathtaking views). There are numerous cafes and restaurants, banana boats and all manner of waterspsorts - a perfect family day out.

The bustling town of Fethiye has great shopping and the Tuesday market is famous, after haggling for a bargain relax with a Turkish pancake! The harbour is lovely - stop for a a drink and admire the Turkish 'Gulets'. A Gulet is a traditional Turkish wooden sailing boat - they can be privately hired. To have your own crew take you out to turquoise coves and cater for you is a truly memorable day! There are boat trips to all the islands including Rhodes. Soak up the atmosphere of the fish market where you can buy your seafood fresh and have it cooked and served by one of the many restaurants within the courtyard.

You can, however, easily spend your time in Hisarönü, lazing by the pool, and venturing out at the night to sample one of the many restaurants or visit its lively bars playing music well into the early hours. Also available locally is horse riding, quad biking, micro-lights or simply walking in the pine forests. There is a market on a Monday. Bursting with shops - local goods and imitation designer wear sit side by side, so shop haggle and enjoy! Last but not least , why not start your holiday with a Turkish bath (Hamman) to help you unwind!

Fly to Dalaman Airport (DLM) which is about 45 minutes away. The easiest option is for us to arrange the transfer to Hisaronu for you. You will be collected at the airport and taken to the apartment. Private transfers cost £80 return for two passengers. Alternatively you can pick up a taxi at the airport or hire a car.

“Karia 7 FANTASTIC APARTMENT” We stayed in karia 7 apartment,the complex is absolutely lovely,it was very chilled and quiet,the residents are very friendly,and i have never seen such a well maintained pool,it was cleaned every day.The apartment has every thing you need,and it is very tastefully decorated,we especially loved the terrace with the day bed and built in BBQ,it is in a fantastic location but still quiet enough at night,i will definately be going back.I have already recommended this apartment to friends and family.Top class 10/10
