About the home

Oriana E is one of eight new villas located at the foot of Babadag on the hillside with stunning views over Ovacik and Hisaronu. A well presented executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa with private pool. Fully air conditioned throughout with lounge, separate fully fitted kitchen and all bedrooms fitted with ample wardrobe and drawer space. To the main bedroom there is a large en suite with double walk in shower and balcony offering beautiful views.

A large covered terrace gives excellent shade from the sun and the view is amazing (the sea is visible on a clear day). The pool area has 8 sun beds with padded cushions and 2 parasols. There is also a pool shower for your convenience.

A 5 minute walk takes you to the road where you can hop on a dolmus (local bus) or catch a taxi into Hisaronu or Fethiye were you will find all the amenities you require, including bars, excellent restaurants and plenty of shops. You will even find your very own "AZDA" where you can stock up on food and drink. Alternatively a 10 minute walk will take you to Ovacik village again with ample bars, restaurants and shops.

There is also a small waterpark approximately 5 minutes walk away.

Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with your booking form. The remaining balance of 75% is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £250 refundable damage/breakages security deposit required payable when balance is due. The breakages deposit is refunded after a satisfactory inspection has been carried out and the keys returned, usually within 3 weeks.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast stretches from Dalyan in the west to Antalya in the east and encompasses what is for many the very best Turkey has to offer. The entire coast is liberally endowed with ancient cities, friendly towns and hidden villages, great beaches and stunning landscapes. Here you can take things as slow as you like, or you can get active with a huge variety of adventure sports.

Whereas some parts of the Mediterranean are now over-commercialised Turkey’s Turquoise Coast has to a large degree avoided this fate.

The Turquoise Coast is where pine trees tumble down steep mountainsides that soar to over 3000 metres in height. Hidden inland and often crowning hilltops or with sea lapping at their feet as is the case with Olympos are ancient cities, once part of the powerful Carian and Lycian states and fought over by Persians, Greeks and Romans.

Lovers of the great outdoors will find few better places than the Turquoise Coast to explore, with the dedicated way-marked walking trail, the Lycian Way, running the entire length and providing a month of walking should you want it. Inland there are many other trails, gorges and villages to explore, whilst in places like Dalyan, Kalkan and Kaş there are opportunities to try sea-kayaking, canyoning or diving.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hisaronu village is set amongst pine forests and has enough bars and restaurants to meet everyones tastes, but is small enough to maintain that "village" feel. Hisaronu and Ovacik has plenty of shops selling everything from Ironwork to Designer clothes and bags. There is also plenty of trips on offer including, Turkish Baths, Jeep Safari's, Boat Trips, Paragliding, Mircolighting to name just a few. All of which can be purchased at very reasonable prices.

There is a market in Hisaronu every Monday and a very large market in Fethiye (the nearest large town) every Tuesday which is a trip that you must experience. Fethiye also has a harbour and marina with bars and restaurants alongside.
