The views of the surrounding mountains and pine trees are quite breathtaking. The villa is Luxurious furnished and styled using modern furniture and fresh light colours. Air conditioned in all rooms, offering guests an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms on three floors. The two ground floor bedrooms each have two Single beds and a large terrace leading to private garden, own balconies with an amazing mountain view. The entrance and the living area is on the first floor containing a fully fitted kitchen, dining, and living area, including a further WC. The garden has a 30 sqm swimming pool, kid’s paddling pool and a built-in BBQ.

The Villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends enjoying a vacation in style and in a superb location. The Villa is built over a large private 500sqm of garden.
There are always representatives on hand to help out with any quires you may have.

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful stone walled gardens. Garden and the pools are maintained regularly, making your stay pleasurable and safe.
There are several small supermarkets nearby (the nearest being only a 2 minute walk) and Hisaronu has several cash machines and change offices. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops in the locality which are all within a 5-10 minute walk, so a car is not necessary but villa has private drive area.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Fethiye is located in South—West Mediterranean Turkey, connected to all other cities by three highways and reached very easily. Dalaman International Airport is as close as 40 km. to the town centre.

During the tourist season one can find many flights from major European cities to Fethiye besides the domestic flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines. Additionally Antalya Airport, three –hour drive to Fethiye, is another departure point.

Fethiye seaport with its sheltered natural structure is an important stop for yachtsmen. A new modern marina project will be realised soon for a large number of yachts with all facilities on the other end at the bay.

The town of Fethiye is a 15 minute ride away where you can sample a variety of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. As these villas are situated in an elevated area of Ovacık, they benefit from cool summer breezes.
