About the home

This modern ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is one of only 4, in a peaceful setting at the foot of beautiful panoramic mountains. The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard and comes complete with a large private terrace, communal pool and sun terrace. The local bars, restaurants and nightlife of Hisaronu are a short walk away and the famous lagoon of Olu Deniz is just 10 minutes by road. The Turkish Lira is certain to make your money go a lot further than any euro holiday destinations this year and the cost effective excursions available will guarantee you see the best of this beautiful historic country.

Sleeps 4 very comfortably with a double master bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

The Lounge has a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa with Satellite TV, DVD & Playstation 2, and also features a large open fire place.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, microwave, grill, oven, kettle etc.

Further details outdoors:
Swimming pool and garden are maintained regularly by the management company from May to October.

4 Sunbeds are available for the exclusive use of the apartment tenants.

Patio furniture supplied on private terrace.

Private Transfers can be arranged at the local rates (30 - 40 pounds per car each way)

We require the property to be cleaned/laundered at the end of your holiday by our management company at a cost of £45, we will arrange this on your behalf.

Conditions

We require a 25% deposit to secure bookings. Confirmation of reservations will be made upon receipt of the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

The balance due must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

You will also be asked to pay a £100 returnable deposit to cover breakages, which will be returned to you within 14 days after your holiday as long as no damage to the property or its contents occur.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This stretch of coastline is known as the Turkish Riviera, or Turquoise Coast. May & September temperatures average the mid to late 20s whilst in June to August it can reach 30 - 40C . The pine clad mountains of Ovacik provide a welcome breeze.

The area is steeped in history which can be seen from one of the many cost effective excursions available locally, whilst the area around Fethiye is one of the most beautiful, offering a perfect mix of beach resorts, boat/gulet excursions and fantastic mountain scenery.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hisaronu:
Hisaronu town is a 20 minute walk and has all the amenities expected from a small holiday resort. Cash points, shops, pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets, Monday market, lively bars and restaurants are all available. The restaurants cater for all budgets and tastes including Indian, Chinese, Italian, Turkish, English, Mexican.

Fethiye:
Fethiye is a large town just a short Dolmus ride away. It has a busy port and Marina and as such offers a wide variety of memorable boat trips together with bigger shops and restaurants. Why not catch the water taxi over to Calis beach, particularly at dusk to watch the sunset and enjoy a beach front meal.

Oludeniz:
Oludeniz is one of the most famous and photographed beaches in the world - a wide bay of coarse white sand curving round to meet a sheltered natural lagoon. The warm waters of the lagoon are still and crystal clear, making it the perfect spot for children to play and explore safely. The beach front of Oludeniz is a fantastic place to sunbathe or experience the relaxed atmosphere of the many beach bars and restaurants. Sit and watch the paragliders coming in to land whilst taking a break from the sun, or watch the sun go down and party till the early hours in Buzz bar.
