About the home

Natura is located in a peaceful area within Ovacik, basking beneath the relaxing Babadag Mountains. The fully air-conditioned duplex apartment can sleep up to 6 and offers a fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, sofa bed in lounge, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. House keeping services and linen change will be provided. The complex of 18 apartments boasts a large swimming pool and children's pool. For a change of scenery, complimentary use of the facilities at the 4- Star Orka Hotel, only 10 minutes walk away, is available. The Orka facilities include 4 large pools, small gymnasium, cinema, Turkish bath, hairdressers, bars and restaurant. An evening entertainments program is also available.

The property consists of 3 large double bedrooms, two of which have 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning, storage space and hanging space.

The apartment is new and in pristine condition. Towels and bedding are supplied and replenished every other day also with a cleaning service. There are also ample pots, pans and all other items required for your convenience.

ALSO AN EXTRA SPECIAL ADVANTAGE: renting from us gives you full use of the Hotel Orka's facilities which is only 10-15 minutes walk away.

Being a new complex, all the sun beds are of excellent quality on the sun terrace and the swimming pool is beautiful. There is a caretaker on site all day every day plus maintenance staff and security at night.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required at confirmation of booking.

-Full payment of rent due 4 weeks before travel.
-No animals are allowed.
-We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking.
-We would appreciate if you would advise the Orka Hotel of any breakages in the apartment during your stay.
-As Turkey is not yet part of the EU, it is not possible for us to get public liability insurance. It is essential that you have your own travel insurance

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This is such a wonderful area of Turkey with so many exciting activities for everyone. you can relax all day by the apartment, or go sunbathing and swimming in the Turquoise coloured waters of the world famous Oludeniz beach. Try paragliding, sailing, diving or trekking. Book a boat trip to the 12 islands with lunch included. Other places to visit are the gorge at Saklikent and the turtle sanctuary at Dalyan. There are many restaurants in the area where you can sample real Turkish cuisine. There are also many historical trips you can take. Don't forget to take a very relaxing Turkish bath before you leave. Typical temperatures for the summer average between 30-40 c.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hisaronu village is located in a mountain region only a short distance from the beautiful beach of Olu Deniz which is famous for its turquoise sea, blue lagoon and stunning beach. The climate is slightly cooler in the summer months than locations on the coast as Ovacik is in the mountains. The surrounding mountain areas make breathtaking scenery and are covered with pine trees.

Kaya Koya is close to Hisaronu and is known as the "Ghost Town". This area is rich in history.

Fethiye is 6km away in the opposite direction. The bustling harbour is borderd by a palm -lined promenade from which you can take many exciting boat trips. Behind the harbour, a maze of back streets are filled with traditional shops, designer outlets, lively bars and gastronomic restaurants.

This apartment is fabulous and we met some really nice people out there. The apartment itself was well equipped and very homely. We really enjoyed our stay. 'The Millers' from Ipswich in Turkey - July 2007.

We had an amazing time. On arrival at Natura we were all so impressed with the apartment and the view of the pool. We had a cot all made up for our baby and the cleanliness was fantastic. Everything was perfect - the Orka Hotel, Apartment, the locals, staff and both transfers. Zero stress. Just got back from the apartment. It was brilliant - great space and good location. Very nicely presented and the cleaning maid was brillliant ! We would love to go back and would highly recommend to friends and family.
