About the home

The nice and relaxing Pinara complex contains 2 bedroom and 2 storey apartments. The complex has a very large swimming pool and children pool. It is at just 10 minutes walking distance to lively Hisaronu centre. The unique and very spacious location of the complex offers wonderful mountain and sea views.

We have got several apartments to rent in Pinara complex. All of them 2 bedroom and duplex apartments. Some of them ground+firs floor and some 2nd+top floor apartments. You can see each one seperately in our JoyLettings website with different home codes beginning with 'PN'. This one advertised here is PN24. It is a top floor duplex. The other Pinara apartments you can find in our website are; PN13, PN24, PN25 and PN29. You can check the updated availabilities of both this one PN49 and the other apartments in our own web site.

The main road at 500 metres distance, allows easy access to Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon) and Fethiye by local transports passing every 5 minutes.

Second floor: Open plan lounge leading on the large balcony; kitchen; 1 twin bedroom with balcony and 1 communal bathroom. All balconies provide very nice sea views and mountain views, and they overlook the pool

Top floor: 1 double ensuite bedroom leading on the attic terrace with sea views and mountain views

Ground floor: Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area leading onto the garden terrace overlooking the pool; one WC or bathroom

Top floor: 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and with sea views; one communal bathroom

Conditions

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure
