About the home

The triplex Araxa Villa is unique both with its magnificent architecture of stonework and with its location in the middle of a pine forest offering full privacy. This 5 bedroom villa has got its own large garden and private pool overlooked by healthy pine trees only.

You can walk just 100 metres to the main road to take the Dolmus (local transports) passing every 5 minutes to all directions like Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon), Hisaronu, Fethiye.

• Cleaning and tidying before arrival
• Mid stay cleaning including change of bed linens and towels available for more than 10 days stays
• Your rep is available at 24 hours call number
• Maintenance for the house, complex, pool and garden

Conditions

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates

2. You send the 50% of the rental cost, as the booking deposit, into our bank account

3. We confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit

4. The balance of rental cost and the cost for any extra service if required are charged cash on your arrival

All payments can be done in GBP or Euros

• Breakage deposit equivalent to 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure

Your centre Hisaronu is one of the most popular places famous with its lively streets, shopping, delicious meals in wonderful restaurant and dancing bars. We call there "English Town". Very nice outdoor fun&game centres for kids and water parks are ideal for families.

We recently returned from turkey on the 21st May. I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the villa and we have totally fell in love with turkey. I would also like to say a big thank you to Mahmut, he made us all very welcome gave us lots of help and guidence. We may return again but we may need a 6 bedroom villa as friend want to come with us. Do you know of any? A BIG THANK YOU
