Private Villa Hayal Evi (Dream home) is a beautiful and immaculately furnished, new, private Villa, set back from the roads in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just 5 minutes stroll from the action, with lovely views of pine clad mountains offering everything for a fantastic, relaxing, stress free or active exhilerating holiday. You can lie by your private pools, dreaming the day away or relax in the private garden having a BBQ with your family or take just a 5 minute walk to the shops leading to the bustling lively resort centre of Hisaronu, which offers a fantastic variety of nightlife, inc clubs, pubs, shops, cafes, and excursions and weekly market and bus route to the world famous Oludeniz beach or Fethiye harbour both just 10 minutes away .You really couldn't wish for more and invite you to read the genuine references below.

This beautifully furnished villa offers all home comforts and more. Offering 2 bedrooms and a double bed settee. We have catered for adults and children alike from the PlayStation to the satellite tv, offering English news, music and cartoon channels amongst many for the children. Also a cd stereo and DVD and video player are provided for your added comfort.

We have furnished to a very high standard and we know that the little extras help to make a holiday that bit more special and therefore include extras like first aid kits, breville, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and extra fridge for the ice cold beers and drinks for those glorious hot sunny days. Towels and linen are also provided for internal use only.

We provide a free cleaning and maid service at least once a week (prepare the villa for your stay and clean and refresh on your departure day)

Further details outdoors:
We are offering a newly built stone BBQ and a separate children's and adults pool and outdoor showering facilities. There's also large landscaped gardens and lots of room for picnicing and sunbathing in privacy. There is also 2 private balconies with chairs and tables available. The pools are cleaned daily for your health and safety and gardens kept mown and offering a range of plant life.

Further details

The swimming pools are only open between May and November and sorry we have a no smoking policy indoors to keep our accommodation in a prestige condition for ourselves and future guests.

No same sex groups permitted.

A terms and conditions contract will need to be signed for your added security before holiday commences, ie deposit, insurance liability, duration details etc.

0ur private holiday villa is in a prime tourist location and is one of Turkeys no 1 holiday destinations. We are fantastically placed for everything you would require from a holiday. Just a 3 minute walk from the beginning of the shops leading into Hisaronu centre or a 15 minute ride from the bustling, thriving town of Fethiye which has everything from quaint little shops,cafes and markets set in the backstreets of the paspatur area selling rugs and paintings, spices and fake designer labels and a marina where you can relax at one of the many seaside restaurants having freshly caught fish or a ice cold beer watching the gullet yachts sailing in and out on the harbour side in the turquoise calm waters. Fethiyes huge market is held every Tuesday and is a real shoppers paradise (for some haha)

Also you cant stay at our villa without visiting Oludeniz lagoon and beach (10 minute ride away) which offers shallow still crystal clear waters and lined with mountains and pine trees,the beachfront is lined with bars, clubs,shops and restaurants, most of which would seriously rival establishments in Europes top resorts, silver service and al a carte. It is Turkeys no1 photographed beach and is deignated as a national park offering many water activities for both children and adults alike. Dont miss this stunning attraction !!!!!!

Temperatures range from 20c+ in May to 45c +- in July/August and although temperatures can reach 45c theres always a very nice cooling breeze as you are 1000ft above sea level.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hayal Evi (dream home) is on the outskirts of Hisaronu/Ovacik , just a 3 minute walk to the start of the many shops and restaurants leading into the village centre a 15 minute stroll away. Where you can be offered everything from Turkish cuisine to egg and chips. Theres also Indian, Italian. Chinese and English retaurants available and offers delicious tasty organic meals with freshly produced home grown produce and then visit 1 of the many craft shops or cafes or clubs/pubs available. You can buy everything from hand crafted garments and tablewares, designer furnishings, pictures and a aladdins cave of fake designer clothing and bags from leather to silk, cotton and denim copied from designers such as Gucci, Prada, Machino, Dkny etc etc.

Theres also a fantastic variety of places to visit including Trips to Saklikent Gorge River Walk, mud baths at Dalyan, Turtle Beach, Pamukkale, ancient city of Ephesus, Tlos, Butterfly Valley, Xanthos and Patara can be booked locally in Hisaronu. Other local activities include, Paragliding, Turkish Bath, ghost village of Kaya Koy, Jeep Safari, scuba diving, water rafting, jet skiing, boat trips, and Turkish Nights.

UPDATE

We are delighted to announce that there has now been a aquapark built in Hisaronu/Ovacik just a 10 to 15 minute walk away from our villa Hayal Evi, and we have added a picture to our photos section to give you a idea of the fantastic slides and facilities that have been built, and we are told you can also dine and relax at the ajoing hotel, watching your family or friends, making it a great fun day out.

Fly to Dalaman Airport approximately 4 hrs from the Uk and only a 40 minute private taxi transfer to our private villa (Very inexpensive and we can easily arrange this for you if required) or Antalya airport 2.5 hr Private transfer to our private villa.

Local taxis also available but more expensive than pre arranged transfers.

Flights to Dalaman and Antalya airports leave very frequently from most uk airports between April/May and October/November and less so between mid November and April.

Hi Darren and Family

Just a quick note to let you know what a fantastic holiday we had at Villa Hayal Evi.

The villa is in an excellent location, there was no need for a car. My mum and dad went for long walks, whilst myself, Lee and Olivia walked into Hisaronu to all of the shops, bars and restaurants which took 10 minutes at the very most, making this an ideal location for all members of the family.

We often used the Dolmus, bus, for trips to Fethiye for the market and to buy some of the fresh fish and get it cooked at one of the many restaurants, which was delicious. We also visited Oludeniz to take in the breath taking lagoon.

Your villa had absolutely everything we needed it is very pretty and so comfortable, we all spent hours in your glorious pool. We followed all of you recommendations and had many lovely meals and entertaining evenings. We found the Turkish people very warm and welcoming

Your organised transfers were excellent and always on time. All in all we had a fantastic time and can't wait for a return visit. Thanks again, take care

For the use of your lovely villa Hayal Evi in July 2008. Your arranged pick up from the airport was on time and was a great start to the holiday.
The villa itself had everything we needed and the private pool was the icing on the cake. In fact we rarely left the villa during the first week. As it was so relaxing.
The location of the villa is ideal being in a quieter location but within walking distance of Hisaronu's attractions. Olu Deniz and Fethiye are close by also.
The children 15 and 16 years old were kept occupied with the pool, DVD player and CD player.
All in all an excellent holiday, that we would recommend.

Dear Darren,

I would just like to let you know about the wonderful time my family and I had at your lovely Villa. Everything it said on the tin it was, the living room was spacious, light and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen had all the stuff a kitchen should have, not that we used it much as eating out was so cheap. The master bedroom was lovely and big, and thank you for putting in air conditioning so much easier to sleep when you’re not melting. The en-suite was again wonderfully decorated and great not having to fight with the kids about who was showering first. The kid’s rooms were again more than ample and the patio out by the good-sized pool was great.
As I told you earlier this was my first visit to Turkey and I had heard conflicting stories about how the people were quite insistent that you ate or drank in their place, up to the point where they were virtually trying to drag you into it. Not in Hisaronu, the people were lovely, yes they came and asked if you would like to try their lovely food and drink, offering you "one on them" first but if you didn't want to go in a polite no thanks was sufficient and they just said "hope to see you another time" and went on with their day. The weather was superb and the company you use to look after your Villa (NGI) have very polite people working for them. We were picked up on time at the Airport where a young lad helped us to the people carrier, where we met our driver who drove us the to villa Hayal Evi, then he carried in our luggage and made sure that we were ok before departing.
The next morning a local on a scooter came up to the Villa and asked, "if we required anything from his shop." We gave him a list and then 30 mins later he was back loaded with our list we then paid him no more than if you had went to the shop yourself, brilliant.
The guy who cleans the swimming pool was there everyday and if we had required a change of sheets throughout the weeks stay, well there was more than enough in the cupboard.
On departure, because our flight wasn't until 23.45 hrs a driver from NGI came and picked us up at the Villa at 12.00 hrs and took us to the Nicholas Grove Hotel, where we spent all day until 20.15 when we were to be picked up for the airport. To summarise being a person who holidays at least twice a year I have been to and seen most cultures and places. The last place I thought of was Turkey, not anymore I'm not saying I won't travel else where but I do know that I will visit Hisaronu at least once a year either as a family or just myself and my wife. Thanks for the holiday and I will be in touch about next year once I find out what my dates are.

Where do we start ?

We had 2 weeks in your villa in July and all we can say is that it was the best holiday we have ever had.
The villa was amazing and there was everything there that you could wish for. The information you gave us was so useful ie , food and drink delivered to the villa, places to eat and trips to go on was fantastic.
The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaners came once a week and did a great job. Being picked up from the airport made our holiday go with a flying start and the list goes on !!!
Our only wish is that we can go again next year.

Dear Darren & Family,

Just a quick note to say what a fabulous time we had whilst renting your beautiful villa in October 2007.

Right from the off our holiday got off to the perfect start with the transfer taking less than an hour in air-conditioned luxury.

The villa itself had everything we needed and the lists of things to do & see aswell as your reccommendations for eating out were extremely useful. For a family with a young child the location of the villa was ideal: close enough to Hisaronu for a pleasant walk or short hop on a dolmus, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening.

We could get to Sugar Beach at the awesome Blue Lagoon in 30 mins door to door which is no mean feat when you are travelling with a 3 year old who isn't a great fan of walking. The local people are extremely child friendly and overall I don't think that we could have gone anywhere else in the World and experienced such a fantastic family holiday.

Thank you once again for all the time, trouble and telephone calls from you and your wife before we left & for letting us stay at the beautiful Villa HayalEvi.

We are delighted to anounce we can now take deposits securely via Paypal using bank transfers or any credit card you may own. This is a very secure instant online payment method for credit card bookings although it will include a 3% charge to cover paypal fees.

Prices include a 24hr in resort helpline, information pack, the use of a safety deposit box usage, air conditioning, cleaning/linen service, electric, water and sattelite tv.

Private airport return taxi transfers can be arranged easily for £20.00 pp, although is based on 4 people sharing and therefore a minimum cost of £80.00.

You will be able to enter the accomodation from 2pm on your arrival day and you must leave your accomodation by 12 noon on your departure day. Should your flight times be outside these times you will be picked up from your accomodation and taken to use the private facilities of the rental management companys hotel, where you will find fantastic facilities for eating, drinking and relaxing, until your transfer is ready for your collection home or to the villa.

We have employed a local rental management team to enhance your stay, providing a 24hr maintenance and helpline for your convenience, should you require them, and a daily pool cleaning service for your health and safety. There is also a gardening team to keep the grounds in beautiful condition for your stay.

We can now also offer a full, in resort personal rep service, who can offer advice, excursions, car hire and many other services to enhance your vacation at Villa Hayal Evi should you require them. Grocery welcome packs for your arrival at villa Hayal Evi, are now available to order if requested at £5.00 per person !!
