Grena B1 is a modern and airy apartment, beautifully furnished to provide a clean, and comfortable holiday home for our guests. Many of which return year after year. This ground floor apartment is in a block of just 4 and occupies a commanding position on the complex with its large covered terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens and two large pools. Inside, the apartment has a bright airy feel with openplan design kitchen and lounge. The hand made pine kitchen with marble worksurface is fully equipped with hob and microwave. The lounge area has a double sofa bed and armchair with television, dvd player and cd stereo. Large double doors lead straight out onto the large furnished terrace. The airconditioned bedroom, again is furnished with hand made pine and has two single beds and ample wardrobe and drawer storage. A baby travel cot is available but own bedding must be supplied. The bathroom is fully tiled with a wc, basin and shower cubicle. Hot water is supplied by electric boiler. The apartment also has a washing machine. The Grena complex is very popular with many return visitors. It is located on the main dolmus(minibus) route from Fethiye to Hisaronu.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is on the south west coast of Turkey. It is a region of outstanding natural beauty, being very green and mountainous. The Grena apartment is set on a plateau, 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it more comfortable in the hot summer temperatures. Ovacik is on the outskirts of the lively resort of Hisaronu ( 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes dolmus ride ), and only 10 minutes by dolmus from the breath-taking coastline of Olu Deniz. Fethiye is only 15 minutes by dolmus. This is a busy market town set on a beautiful natural harbour. A great place to people watch. The dolmus (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around. They can be caught on the main Fethiye-Hisaronu road, just 1 minute from the apartment.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
Ovacik is a quiet, rural area just outside of Hisaronu. There are several small supermarkets nearby for all food essentials and several restaurants, but most of the nightlife is found in the lively resort of Hisaronu. This is just a 20 minute stroll away. Here you will find every type of international cuisine, all cooked to high standards, but costing very little. There are many bars here although they are generally not rowdy.
There are many activities and places of interest in this region on Turkey. Gullet criuses can be taken from Fethiye and Olu Deniz. Water sports and paragliding are available from Olu Deniz. Other arranged day trips,which can be booked from agents in Hisaronu, include; Jeep Safari, Dalayan river cruise and mud baths, Saklikient gorge, the ancient city of Ephesus, the cotton mountains of Pamukale and many more.

Beautifully furnished with a new, fresh, airy feel, the apartment benefits from all the normal facilities plus the added luxuries of airconditioning, microwave, hairdrier, washing machine, cd stereo, television and dvd player. The large terrace is a particularly nice feature due to its size and pool and garden views.
Further details outdoors: The complex has 2 large swimming pools and 2 small children's pool, surrounded by well kept landscaped gardens. There are ample sunbeds and umbrellas surrounding the pools and a small bar/shop which serves snacks and drinks all day. Due to the location of the bar, no disturbance is experienced at the apartment. The complex prides itself with its motivated maintanence staff which keep the grounds and gardens immaculate.

The swimming pool is only available for use from the beginning of May to the end of October.
The apartment will be available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival and guests must vacate by noon on the day of departure.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Due to the number of steps, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access.
