About the home

The Villa itself is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is spaciously set out on 2 levels. Upstairs has 4 double bedrooms which all have their own individual balconies. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite with Jacuzzi) with full wc facilities. The ground floor consists a large dining room, separate lounge with natural fire-place. Both of these rooms overlook and access the swimming pool and garden area via French patio doors.

There is a separate fully fitted luxury kitchen. As you enter the Villa you will be greeted by the grand hallway that has circular marble staircase leading to the upper level of the villa. Also situated on the ground floor are separate wc facilities. The Villa has full air-conditioning and central heating facilities, plus hi-fi, satellite television, and telephone. There are full maid and linen facilities as and when required.

The Villa is surrounded by a sun terrace which then leads to the large swimming pool and babies pool, which in turn is surrounded by the villas beautifully designed garden. Within the garden there is a fully built barbecue area. The pool and area are cleaned daily. The Villa is not overlooked by any other dwelling and it has its own private road that leading to the main road down into Hisaranou, which is a 10 minute walk. Alternatively at the end of the private road there is a taxi rank and bus stop where you can get the bus or taxi to either Olu Deniz or Fethiye with a 5 minute ride.

Owner respectfully Requests Guests not to smoke in the Villa, but smoking is permitted outside of the property.

Please stay out of the swimming pools when filters are being cleaned early in the morning.

Maid is available from 9am until 1pm Monday Wednesday and Friday.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Turkey's southwestern most shore is dominated by the Baba, Akdağ and Bey ranges of the Toros mountains, which drop precipitously to a road running mostly parallel to the sea, its curves sometimes skimming just above the water; this is the Turquoise Coast, noted for its fine beaches and beautiful scenery. Along here, and some distance inland, lay the ancient kingdom of Lycia, peopled by an independent race who bequeathed a legacy of distinctive rock tombs to Turkish tourism.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ölüdeniz (ur-LEW-deh-neez, "dead" or calm, sea"), only 8.5 km (5.3 miles) south of Fethiye over the mountains, is big enough to handle the crowds of swimmers and sunbathers, but not always the number of cars and buses that cram the narrow access road.

The Gulf of Göcek and its friendly marina is one of the Mediterranean's best sailing spots. Hisaronu, at the skirts of the Mount Babadag-Oludeniz, is a world-wide popular paragliding.
