About the home

Prime apartment is a ground floor apartment. It has been furnished and equipped to very high standards to provide a home from home in the sun. Prime idea for those looking for somewhere very special to spend their holidays.

Set on an exclusive, highly desirable complex site of just 24 apartments, all privately owned, they share 2 large swimming pool with a children's pool, and bubble pool which surround landscaped gardens, which are immaculately maintained at all times. Prime has a beautiful location with magnificent views of Babadag and Mendos Mountains.

The site has a peaceful location yet is just a 10 minute stroll from the lively, but friendly resort of Hisaronu, with its abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.

The apartment has three very spacious furnished double bedrooms and a charming single room with day bed. All with suitable hanging space and storage. Air conditioning in all double rooms. Giving you everthing you could want in an apartment

The apartment caters with younger guests in mind. There is a cot and high chair available upon request.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite complete with bath and over shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite and shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 with interconnecting en suite and shower.
Family bathroom off main living area complete with shower, wc and basin.

Kitchen: A modern fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and extractor fan and all crockery and cutlery provided.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: A comfortable open plan living room and kitchen. Complete with leather sofa and armchair, wicker chairs, beanbags and a table and chairs for 4. TV, DVD with a full file of adults and kids DVDs and stereo for youu to enjoy. There are french door leading onto the terrace area

Other: A private terrace wraps around the apartment offering stunning views of the Babadag mountains to one side and the pool to the other. Furnished with lounge seating for great views, perfect for reading and relaxing with a glass of wine. The sunny terrace also give you acess to get to the pools and gardens.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels. If you stay for 2 weeks and wish to have a mid week clean. There will be a extra charge of £25 pound. Clothes airers are also provided.

Further details outdoors:
2 good sized shared communal pools and sunbathing areas. Use of your own Sun loungers, table and umbrella are provided for your use. Set in well maintained landscaped gardens.

The apartment is situated in a wonderful position with lovely walks into the surrounding pine forest; do not miss the fabulous evening sunset from the terrace area. The apartments are located just a few minutes walk from the local shops and the local Dolmus bus stop. The resort Hisaronu is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi journey and Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus in 20 minutes. The famous Olu Deniz Lagoon is only 10-15 minutes by Dolmus.

Wander around the picturesque and sophisticated harbour town of Fethiye and take one of the many scheduled boat trips or organise a trip for your own party. In the old town you can find traditional crafts including rugs, leather goods and hand crafted pottery and glassware. Visit the Fethiye fish market with fresh fish caught that day, choose and take it to the various restaurants and have it cooked to your liking.

Located in Hisaronu there is a post office, currency exchange and ATM cash machines. Hisaronu offers a wide range of Turkish and international cuisine as well as lively music bars to dance the night away.

Kaya Koy village once occupied by the Greek migrants was vacated in 1922 and now stands with over 3,000 derelict buildings. Is approximately 15 minutes away by taxi. The village houses traditional Turkish restaurants and 2 restored wine houses. Both serve excellent food and have an extensive wine cellar.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of the booking. Final payment is required 12 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A £200 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment to cover any damage and will be reimbursed a maximum of 7 to 14 days after you return to the UK. Payment is payable by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer in the Uk

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise coast is on the south west coast of Turkey. It is a region of outstanding natural beauty, being very green and mountainous. Prime apartment is set on a plateau, 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it more comfortable in the hot summer temperatures.

Ovacik is on the outskirts of the lively resort of Hisaronu ( 10 minutes walk ), and only 10 minutes by dolmus from the breath-taking coastline of Olu Deniz.

You can catch the domus bus to a private beach on the lagoon at OluDeniz beach.
Fethiye is only 15 minutes by dolmus. This is a busy market town set on a beautiful natural harbour. A great place to people watch.

The dolmus (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around. They can be caught on the main Fethiye-Hisaronu road, just 1 minutes from the apartment.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik is a small mountain village set between the harbour town of Fethiye and the lively resort of Hisaronu. There are a number of local shops and restaurants offering mostly Turkish cuisine. The larger, lively village of Hisaronu is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute Dolmus ride away, here you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs catering for a wide variety of tastes.

There are some great excursions such as boat trip which will give you a chance to see beaches that you are unable to get too. There is also a water park just 150 metres away from the apartment. There is enough to do to make your time in Turkey a holiday you never forget.

Fly to Dalaman airport. The journey to the apartment takes approximately 50-60 minutes. Private transfers can be arranged.

Chartered flights can be booked with several internet booking agencies, including, www.charterflights.co.uk, www.flightline.co.uk, www.airflights.co.uk.

Scheduled flights with Cyprus turkish airlines fly year round, direct from the UK to Dalaman.

“Excellent!” Appartment was lovely, clean and bright. My kids loved the pool which was well looked after. The location was great, we hired a car but shops, bars and resturants were in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend for all ages! Response: Glad you enjoyed your time in our apartment!!

"Your apartment is lovely, it is very well-equipped, spacious and met all our needs. The pool is great too, being easily accessible. The terrace is large giving both relaxing and dining areas and is in shade throughout the day. The air-con is a bonus, allowing respite from the heat. The other residents/guests were very approachable, friendly and helpful. It is also in a quiet area, it was easy to get to local shops and nearby restaurants, the Dolmus was close-by too. The taxi service was efficient, at airport to meet us and prompt to collect us on return. We will recommend your apartment to our family and friends."

I'm just opening my emails after a lovely week at your apartment. We had such a lovely time in Turkey. Your place was wonderfully stylish and welcoming, we had the pool to ourselves for most of the week and found so many wonderful things to go and do when we could bear to leave the complex!

We were over the moon with your beautiful, spacious apartment. Our party of 7 people had ample room
with the added bonus of current DVDs to watch much to the delight of the kids.
The pool area and gardens were spotless as was the apartment and being higher up meant a cooling breeze most days.
We enjoyed leisurely evening strolls into Hisaranu with it's vibrant night life and variety of shops.
To sum up, a wonderful holiday had by all in a paradise location. We will defintely be back !

We had a wonderful time in Turkey - a really lovely holiday.
Your apartment was fantastic and we would have no hesistation booking again with you. It had everything we could possibly want and the views of the mountains were truly superb.
We loved the area and felt Ovachik was the perfect base.
We crammed in loads during the two weeks. We went on three boat trips to Gochek, 12 islands and trip round Olu bay (Carole and Tayfun twice and Focus once) We much preffered C & T as they did not overcrowd the boats.
We went on a jeep safari with Explorer which was a marvellous day out to the Salikent Gorge, trout farm, mud baths, Pataya etc. We all got very wet but it was a great day.
We had some great meals out and thought the value for money was incredibly good.
Not one complaint a great holiday.
And we look forward to booking with you again.
