About the home

Lovely two storey apartment in a block of just 4 apartments, stunning views of Babadag mountain, huge terrace, swimming pool, large garden, close to all amenities and very easy for local Dolmus.

The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your holiday, it's a very comfortable apartment covering two floors a total of 120 sq metres. the lower floor has air conditioning for your comfort.,

new fo 2012 we will have an extension to the living room,almost doubling the current space...pictures will be available once work is completed.


The beautiful Olu Deniz is ten minutes away by the local dolmus.

Kayra has a spacious living area with a small kitchen area (fully equipped)... it has 4 bedrooms all fully furnished with wardrobes etc, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.(inc a bath!!)..kayra has a huge terrace which is just lovely to relax on with the sun being in one area of the terrace at all times., so you will always have a choice of sun/shade on the terrace., here you will find sunloungers and a dining table to seat 8 people.

we are planning an extension to the living space for 2012 and this wil almost double the current living space, pictures wil be posted once the work is complete.

The apartment is one of four so there's never a crowd, its situated in its own large garden with swimming pool and off road parking if you have a car or ideally located for the local mini bus (Dolmus) which will take you anywhere you want to go!!

Our neighbours are english and live in turkey all year so are always on hand should you need any assistance...

The swimming pool is cleaned daily and the apartment will be cleaned weekly unless you care to manage by yourselves for the duration of your stay., we will check this with you on booking the apartment..

a welcome pack can be made available for you if required.

swimming pool towels are provided for your use.

we can help with flight bookings and also arranging airport transfers for you if required.

the swimming pool will be available for use from the end of april/begining of may through till october.

Conditions

Kayra is a non smoking property indoors...

There will be a £100 deposit required on booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before departure.

£50 refundable breakages deposit required...this will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of you leaving the apartment, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The area of Olu Deniz and surrounding towns and villages is quite stunning, wonderful mountain scenery and the beautiful beach at Olu Deniz, there is also many beautiful historic places of interest to visit, there really is something to keep every member of the family happy.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

The blue lagoon at Olu Deniz is a beautiful beach and wonderful for families with every kind of water sport available and of course for the brave is the chance to have the experience of a lifetime and para glide off of the beautiful Babadag mountain.

The village of Hisaronu offers the shopping,the restaurants and the bars... you can eat in a huge variety of restaurants and party till the early hours if you like!! The large town of Fethiye offers many shops, a huge outdoor market and a beautiful harbour, the ideal way to pass a few hours watching the world pass by!!

The village of Kaya Koy is close by, this is a must see historical place of interest,the village was deserted in a dispute between the Turks and the Greeks in 1923, some of the oldest ruins date back as far as the 4th century only recently have people started to move back in.

There really is something for everybody the more residential area of Ovacik even now boasts its own aqua park!!

You can fly to the local airport Dalaman with all major airlines, Easy Jet have this year added Dalaman to their routes but as of now only departing from London Gatwick, all the other major airlines fly from most airports in the UK. the flight time from London is just over 4 hours.

Transfer time from the airport to the house is approx 50 mins and we can recommend a transfer company you can book these journeys with and they will be waiting for you when you land t Dalaman.
