Set in delightful private gardens,sharing the pool with the duplex apartment below (WHICH IS NOT RENTED OUT)
With beautiful views of The Babadag Mountain where you can watch people paragliding to the famous Olu Deniz beach from 2 balconies and our Spectacular Roof Terrace
There is a Gazebo with seating for those who want to sit in the shade or can be used for alfresco eating at any time
Only 5 minutes walk to all restaurants,shops and bars in Hisaronu,5 minutes walk to Ovacik and a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to the famous Olu Deniz beach with its famous Blue Lagoon,restaurants,bars shops ets

Upon entry turn left into the kitchen and salon area (air-conditioned) the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, ironing and tea/coffee making facilities. A safe deposit box has been installed for your peace of mind.
The salon is bright and comfortable open plan with a large balcony with double glazing if too hot or cold overlooking the pool and garden area with spectacular mountain views
On this level you also have a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
Bedroom one is a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool area (air conditioned).
Bedroom two has two single beds and is located at the rear of the villa.(air condition)
The second level has two further bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle
Bedroom three IS HUGE and has four single beds and space to spare (air-conditioned)
This room has a giant roof terrace with amazing views over Hisaronu down to Olu Deniz beach
Bedroom four has two single beds air/con and great views.
A British Standard travel cot is available for babies or toddlers.

The villa is in a quiet and peaseful area,but only 5 minutes walk fro the lively resort of Hisaronu (no hills)
It has a private swimming pool, (shared with 2 bed apartment below which is not rented out) a private garden, a patio area,two balconies,Giant Roof Terrace, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbecue,and Gazebo for shelter from the sun or alfresco eating
If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

A cancellation 29 – 56 days before arrival date – 50% of rental refunded
15 to 28 days before arrival date – 25%

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This region is the heart of ancient Lycia and host to a number of historic sites amongst which Kaunos, Tlos, Pinara, Letoon, Xanthos and Patara are particularly noteworthy. The Gulf is also rich in scenic opportunity with plenty to explore - the dramatic beaches of the Fethiye Peninsula, the market town of Fethiye itself, the fascinating ruins of the old Greek settlement at Kaya, the remarkable Dalyan Delta and - our favourite - the mountain ranges themselves.
Situated on a high plateau 4km from the coast and surrounded by stunning mountains, the once sleepy villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik have combined to create a lively resort. The nearest beaches are the famous lagoon of Oludeniz or the pebble and sand beach of Belcekiz. A dolmus leaves every five or ten minutes.
The Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area
Hisaronu, and the Fethiye area in general, are blessed with a rugged and beautiful landscape, the potential of which for activity holidays (and holiday activites) is just being realised. Hisaronu is special because its location means that you can paraglide in Oludeniz one day, canoe down the Xanthos river to Patara the next, paintball in the pine forests of Kaya Koyu and still take an overnight trip to the classical ruins of Ephesus.
The village is full of bars, restaurants and shops. This is certainly the place to haggle for any imitation designer gear. The cool mountain air can be quite a relief after a day in the sun and there is plenty to do in the evening.

Fly to Dalaman airport then taxi to the resort of Hisaronu
Dalaman is the most convenient airport for Kalkan. Transfer time from Dalaman is 90 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes from Antalya.
A £10 visa per person, must be purchased on arrival at the airport. Please have this in sterling, available in cash ready before you reach passport control.
Flights are available from most UK airports. We have found the websites below to be very helpful: Easyjet, Cheap Flights, ThomasCook, 1st Choice, Travel Supermarket.

Beautiful property, bigger than it looks in the photographs & excellent value for money. Very spacious. Nice sized pool and pretty garden. The villa is located close to the main strip of Hisaronu, only a five minute walk to the town. Fabulous views from every part of the house, especially from the roof terrace. The Villa is well equipped, fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The owner is extremely helpful and will help organise transfers from the Airport too. He is a pleasure to deal with. Loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommended! |

The villa is a perfect location for a nice and relaxing holiday, you have the busy town of Hisaronu 5 min walk or the very relaxing town os olu deniz just 5 min taxi or bus ride. there are many eating place round about the area of the villa. you can take in the veiws of the area sitting up on the roof top terrace with a nice cold beer |

The review:
The villa is superb value for money. It is very spacious and well equipped. There was a group of 7 of us staying there and there was more than enough room to accomodate everyone.
The villa is furnished to a high standard.
The main living area has huge windows which can be opened to let a cool breeze through the house. Bedrooms are a good size, and the bedroom upstairs is huge. There is a fantastic roof terrace complete with bean bags which has a lovely sea view
.There is a well maintained garden and a nice sized pool complete with shady gazebo.
The villa is a five minute walk from the market at the top of the main road into the village.
The owner Gregg kept us well informed and up-to-date. He also organised the transfers to and from the airport, and was a pleasure to deal with
. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again.

Was here 4 years ago and even though it was a joyus and eventful experience this time has been even better,the roof terrace is an excellent addition to what was already a fantastic Villa and also the extension to the living room makes it even more spacious

We have stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time,the Villa is clean and spacious and the pool is great for cooling Off
There are many good restaurants in Hisaronu,one in particular (The Yelcin) on road up from roundabout
Sugar Beach is also a fantastic day and they pick you up and return you home (free) just call them on 02526170048 to arrange
We found it cheaper to book boat trips at Olu Deniz Beach rather than in Hisaronu
Other good restaraunts,The Shine,Fatamas & Mariners
Thanks for a great holiday and just to say the communication between the owners and ourselves before and during the holiday was really good

Two families sharing and still plenty room/space
Brilliant location,so close to Hisaronu/Olu Deniz yet still very quiet round the house
Pool was brilliant,maids a bit scarce (this has now been addressed) Air/Con a life saver
We had young teenagers with us and felt totally safe at all times
Booked our trips with Focus in Hisaronu,remember take pool shoes for the beach
Loved,Loved,Loved it and will def be back

"A group of seven of us stayed in Villa Babadag for a week in June. It was a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in this part of Turkey. The villa was spacious and very clean, and there was plenty of space in the garden for a BBQ party! The location of the villa was perfect for us- set in between the scenic hills of the town, but still walking distance from the buzzing Hisaronu town centre- an excellent place to eat and drink. We were also a short dolmus journey away from the beach and pretty town of Fethiye. Gregg, the owner of the Villa, was helpful and friendly and was able to answer any queries that I had All in all, we had a wonderful time!"

The villa was fanatastic value for money. It was just like a home with all the facilities you need whilst you are on holiday.
The villa met our expectations and more. The cleaning staff and the pool man were pleasant and done a really good job.
The description was spot on. Our family stayed their for two weeks and we found the description lived upto our expectations
and more.
I have already showed a few of my mates and their looking into it and we are hoping to go back next year.
I give the villa and its owner Gregg 10 out of 10.
