This lovely 3 storey detached villa with private garden and pool enjoys a peaceful location with spectacular mountain views. All bedrooms open onto large balconies or terrace where you can sit and relax in privacy. The property also has a large terrace with dining furniture and barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. The old pine trees in the garden offer welcome shade from the afternoon sun.Villa Delissa is luxuriously equipped including a fitted kitchen with granite worktops, drinking water cooler,dishwasher,washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The marble staircase leads to the bedrooms which have ample wardrobes and comfortable mattresses. Upper bedrooms are air conditioned with en suite shower rooms. The lounge and dining area seat up to 8 people in comfort. A DVD player, satellite TV with English channels and stereo will keep everyone entertained.Outside, 8 sunbeds and cushions and parasols are supplied for lazing by the pool.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Ovacik is a quiet village that sits on a plateau 4 km from the stunning beach of Olu Deniz, famous for its white beach, turquoise sea and blue lagoon. The pine covered mountains plunging into turquoise seas make this one of the most stunning locations you’ll see. The villa sits under the dramatic Babadag mountain and is situated in a peaceful but conveniently located area.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
For the adventurous, a parascending flight from the Babadag mountain down onto the beach at Olu Deniz is a must. Further afield, up in the mountains, serious white water rafting is on offer.The area is rich in ancient history including the ‘ghost town’ at Kaya, and natural beauty including nearby Butterfly Valley and turtle beach. It’s a 15 minute walk to vibrant Hisaronu, packed with bars,restaurants,clubs and market stalls. Teenagers love it too! The locals are extremely friendly and crime is almost unheard of in the area. Nearby, the port of Fethiye has a wide range of exciting restaurants and shops where you can buy spices, rugs and jewellery at prices much lower than the UK. Every Tueday there is a huge market selling fresh produce and a massive choice of other goods - including Turkish Delight and rugs of course ! There’s a beautiful promenade where you can join a gulet sailing boat on a tour around the islands. The island of Rhodes is accessible by ferry from Fethiye.Take a dolmus(minibus) to Hisaronu 5mins, Olu Deniz 10mins and Fethiye 10mins. There is so much to do and see in this area, you'll hopefully come back again and again.
How to get there
A number of charter flight companies operate direct flights from the UK to Dalaman airport including Thomas Cook, Onur Air and First Choice. Turkish Airlines also operate from Heathrow, Birmingham and Manchester via Istanbul. From Dalaman you can take a taxi to Ovacik, or we can arrange a transfer for you. The cost each way is around £40 for groups of 1-4 or £60 for 5-8. For car hire, we can arrange, or try a local company eg www.beyazyunuslar.com. Car hire is not essential as there is a cheap and frequent minibus (dolmus) service on the main roads through the resorts.

Further details indoors: Parking for one car is at the front of the property. Steps lead down through the terraced garden to the front door. Inside is a large cupboard with ample storage. This floor contains the kitchen, lounge and dining areas which open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden, and a cloakroom. Marble staircases lead up to a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor, and downwards to two twin rooms and a large terrace at garden/pool level. The separation of the two floors of bedrooms is particularly ideal for parties of friends or family who wish that extra privacy.
Further details outdoors: The villa is managed by an English speaking company. The pool is cleaned daily and the interior cleaned immaculately at the beginning, middle and end of each week. Our management can arrange transfers to and from the airport including meeting you at the villa on arrival anytime day or night. Our rep will also visit you the day after arrival to answer any questions or arrange car hire and trips for you if you wish.
We can also put you in touch with our friendly taxi driver Beerjan who is available for everything from supermarket trips to excursions. We've installed a water cooler tower which takes 20 litre canisters and can be delivered to save money and effort carrying supermarket bottles.
