Turkey's most pituresque beach, Olu Deniz, is no more than 5 minutes away. This property and its location truly caters for all tastes.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Once a sleepy village in the mountains, Hisaronu is nestled in the South West of Turkey, an area known as the Turquoise Coast, you'll realise why when you see the water. The area is surrounded by breathtaking views, with stunning mountain backdrops and pine clad forests, its beauty is unqustionable.

The stunning beach at Olu Deniz is only 2 minutes away. Lap up the sun or pass the day in one of the many beach bars.

Culture and History buffs wont be disappointed with ancient tombs at Fethiye and Tlos and the ruins at Xanthos plus much much more. All accessible and very affordable

A ski resort, for winter holidayers, is about an hour's drive away.

The Turqouise coast, with its friendly people and many activities, is truly a place for everyone

The Hisaronu area

The town comes to life in the evenings with it's many bars, shops and restaurants with cuisine to suit all tastes.

Local agents organise trips to suit everyone including Horse Riding, Quad Biking, White Water Rafting, Boat trips around the islands, Gulet Cruises, Jeep Safaris, Paragliding, Watersports, Scuba Diving,Snorkelling, Fishing, Golf and much more.

Locally the ghost town Kayakoy is a short dolmus (bus) ride away, the buses are cheap and frequent. The markets at Fethiye and in the village are not to be missed if you like a bargain.

The beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz is is one of the most beautiful and most photographed beaches in the world.

“Wonderful easy-to-live-in apartment with excellent pool.” We were delighted to find such a clean and well equipped apartment. The pool was spotless despite being used a lot. It has beautiful mountain views and you can see para-sailers from the poolside. A really relaxing holiday.

'Lymra 29 apartment is ideally situated in Hisaronu being only 2 minutes walk from the main high-street and all its restaurants, shops and bars, but not close enough to disturb you during the evening or night which were its busiest times. The apartment faced onto a private garden and a large, communal swimming pool. That was maintained to a very high standard all through the day. We thoroughly recommend this apartment, location and Hisaronu for a great holiday. So much so we are on our way again in August 2007.' - Nutkins Family
