Prenses apartment is set in a beautiful landscaped garden, featuring olive trees, a fig tree and a private pool, and makes the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday for friends or family. Located in Ovacik, we have the advantage of a pretty and peaceful location, yet we're only 10 minutes walk from the bustling Hisaronu with its excellent bars and restaurants. We're also a short dolmus journey from both the popular town of Fethiye, with its harbour, fruit and fish markets, great shopping and restaurants and the famous beach at Olu Deniz (the most photographed in Turkey), which is where you'll land if you're courageous enough to try the world-renowned paragliding from the top of Babadog Mountain.
Our spacious apartment offers some wonderful features like a spiral tower staircase and marble tiling throughout, together with an open-plan kitchen dining space and a comfortable lounge. Each of the three air conditioned bedrooms has its own balcony with spectacular views. Meanwhile, the fourth balcony, leading off the dining room, makes a special place for a quiet glass of wine in the evening or some al fresco dining.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This stunning region is famous for paragliding and scuba diving, as well as offering some of the world's most famous architecture and historical areas of interest. Most places are easily reached using a Dolmus (bus), which can be found along the main road just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. They run frequently and are a cheap way to get around. Take the Dolmus down the winding mountain road to Olu Deniz beach and lagoon area for a day lapping up the sun. Taking a Dolmus in the other direction will take you in to the traditional bustling town of Fethiye, with winding shopping streets, a busy harbour offering a range of boat trips, plenty of restaurants and a weekly bazaar(market).
The village resort of Olu Deniz is snuggled behind a curved strip of beach that forms an almost complete circle around a natural blue lagoon. You can walk along the promenade and stop for lunch and drinks in one of the many beach bars or watch the paragliders landing on the beach. Alternatively walk down to the lagoon. This is a preserved natural area and a small charge is made on entrance but is well worth the visit. On one side lie the calm waters of the lagoon, which is perfect for picnics and relaxing, whilst on the other is the Mediterranean. With a fine sand / shingle beach, sunbeds and parasols, you can swim and snorkel in beautiful surroundings. There's also a beach bar here and water sports are available.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
The apartment is situated in Ovacik, with views of the spectacular Babadag Mountain (left) on one side and sweeping vistas of the Olu Deniz region on the other. We enjoy a peaceful, secluded location, yet are close to Olu Deniz beach and only a 10-minute walk from the lively village of Hisaronu with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.
In the other direction (about 15 minutes by dolmus), you'll find the fabulous town of Fethiye (right) with its harbour, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. We are also just a 10-minute drive away from the famous 'deserted village' of Kaya Koy (see the local area for more info on this fabulous attraction).

Further details indoors: Our bright, spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment is set over two floors and boasts four large balconies with spectacular views, marble tiling throughout, two well-appointed bathrooms with powerful modern showers, and three spacious air conditioned bedrooms to ensure a comfortable night sleep.
We wanted our property in Ovacik to be a real home from home, so you'll find everything you need for a blissfully comfortable stay. Downstairs, we have a large open plan living space with an adjoining balcony for al fresco dining. The kitchen features all the mod cons you need for home entertaining, the dining area includes a solid-wood dining table with six chairs and the lounge area boasts a comfortable suite. Each of the three bedroom boasts large, solid wood wardrobes, so there's loads of space to store all your holiday clothes and suitcases.
Further details outdoors: The fragrant landscaped gardens feature both olive and fig trees which both bear fruit in the summer and help to make the perfect setting for the swimming pool. We have plenty of sun-loungers, so the poolside area offers a peaceful place to sunbathe during the day. In the evening, the pool lights come on automatically after dark and the effect is quite spectacular. If you're planning to hire a car, we also have a large car parking space, securely situated just outside the main gates to the property.

The swimming pool is open from May to October. We can also offer a welcome pack on request and will happily advise on good local restaurants, bars, taxis and car hire services.
