Oscar C4 is a duplex apartment built on 2 levels. Entrance via a small flight of steps lead to upstairs living area which offers panoramic views towards the mountains above Fethiye. Furnished with 2 settees one of which is a bed settee sleeping guests 7 & 8. A full kitchen with dual fuel hob, built under electric oven and full size fridge freezer offers the ability to fully self cater. There is also a washing machine for guests wishing to keep on top of the usual laundry. On this level also is a cloakroom with w/c.
The bedrooms are located downstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite,1 double and 1 twin bedroom. On this level also is located the family bathroom. The air conditioning offers cool air in summer and warm air during autumn/winter making this apartment suitable for all year round letting.
An ideal home set in quiet location yet within walking distance of the centre of Hisaronu were you will find a variety of, bars, restaurants and shops in fact everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Set back from the road to Olu Deniz/fethiye both resorts are reached by the regular dolmus service. Olu Deniz approximately 5 minutes aways whilst Fethiye - in the other direction offers vibrant harbour and extensive array of shops, restaurants and nightlife and is reached in approximately 10 minutes

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Ovacik/Hisaronu is situated in the Olu Deniz region of Turkey's Turquoise coast. Overlooked by the Babadag mountain and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.
Oscar C4 is located just off the on the main dolmus route to the famous Blue Lgoon at Olu Deniz and is reached in approximately 10 minutes.
Take the dolmus in the opposite direction and you will arrive at the bustling harbor town of Fethiye in 10 minutes. The old Paspatur with its many vibrant cafes and colourful is a treat.
The Lycian Way is popular with walkers and ramblers alike.
There are also lovely walks through the forest down to Olu Deniz and you can view the Tortoises in their natural environment.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
Market day in Hisaronu is Tuesday for the avid shopper why not try your skills at the obligatory bartering to secure the best bargains straight from the designer houses of Dolce Gabbana, Timberland and Replay to name but a few !!!!
For the more active holidaymaker all kind of watersports are available in Olu Deniz. Horse Riding and Fishing are also available locally
The more daring sportsman could consider a heart stopping leap off Babadag mountain sailing down the mountain by papaglide landing on Olu Deniz beach!.
After all this activity why not take a relaxing massage at the Turkish baths in Hisaronu.

Further details indoors: The wrap round terrace offers shade from the mid-day sun and and ideal viewing platform for the tremendous sun sets. An ideal place for taking a drink whilst looking over the pool which is reached off the terrace by a small flight of steps. There is a table and chairs for six chairs for al fresco dining.
The pool and paddling pool are set in a landscaped garden which is walled and secure.
Six sun beds with mattresses and parasols are available for the exclusive use of our guests
Further details outdoors: The property is easily accessible via a few steps, ideal for pushchairs and ambulant disabled.

Strictly no smoking. Smoking on the covered terrace only. Deposit of £50 per week on booking which is non-refundable. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £100 is refundable on return to U.K.
Reduction in rates offered for booking in excess of 2 weeks.
