Our first floor apartment is on the popular 'Oaklands' complex, surrounded by fantastic scenery. Facilities on the complex include a cafe/mini market, two large communal swimming pools with sunloungers and a children's splashpool. Guests also have the benefit of a daily complimentary bus service to a private beach at Olu Deniz.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The stretch of coastline is known as the Turkish Riviera, or Turquoise Coast. Summer temperatures average 30-40C with a winter average of 16C. The villages of Ovacik and Hisaronu are located on a plateau 1,000ft above sea level under Mount Babadag. All round there are magnificent views of pineclad mountains with a cooling breeze coming from the sea in the summer.

The market town of Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus and is only 15 mins away. The traditional weekly market is on a Tuesday and is well worth a visit. The town is typically turkish and has much to offer, from shopping facilities, bars and restaurants, including a fish market where you can choose your lunch and have it cooked there and then. There is a marina and many boat trips can be taken around the coastline. You can also try out the historic local Turkish baths.
Calis beach is small resort , with numerous cafes, restauarants, bars and shops. This is also a great place for water sports, and there is also an Aquapark for the kids (or adults)!
Hisaronu is lively resort overlooking the spectacular Olu Deniz lagoon. There is a great choice of entertainment to suit all ages and tastes, as well as a Monday market.
Olu Deniz is Turkey's most famous and photographed beach. a beautiful cobalt blue lagoon sweeps around on its seaward side into a vast crescent shaped beach. The sheltered lagoon beach and calm waters are ideal for children. This is also a world renowned paragliding area and there are many other watersports on offer here. This is a great place to stroll along the promenade in the evening. Again there are many restaurants and small shops.
For the active, there are horse riding trips, white water rafting, scuba diving, jeep safaris etc. For the cultural, you can take a trip to the archaealogical sites at Ephesus, Xanthos or Tlos For all the family, try out the mud baths at Dalyan, Saklikent Gorge, or a boat trip to butterfly valley.

Further details indoors: Our apartment is tastefully furnished. The first floor is reached by a marble staircase. There is a spacious lounge, with double patio doors to the baclony, with table & chairs. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and has splendid mountain views. The lounge is equipped with satellite television, DVD player, stereo, coffee table and two large sofas. The kitchen is fitted with a marble worktop which has been extended to provide a breakfast bar area with stools. There is also a balcony to the front with views over the valley. On this floor there are two double size bedrooms with two single beds in each room, and a shower room. A marble staircase leads to the large attic room, which is good size room with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom leads from this and has a full size bath with shower. There is also a washing machine. There is a terrace from the attic room with fantastic views towards the mountain and across the site. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. A highchair and mothercare travel cot are also available if required.
Further details outdoors: The balcony from the lounge overlooks the main swimming pool and has a patio table chairs. A perfect place to take your breakfast in the morning sun! The balcony to the rear of the apartment offers view down the valley. There is a terrace from the attic bedroom where the views are fantastic. The small friendly complex is comprised of privately owned villas and apartments only a few of which are available for let. The site is ideally suited for families and the apartment is close to the children's spashpool. There is also a cafe/mini market close to the pool area. A complimentary minibus to the private beach stops at the main entrance to the complex daily The private beach at Olu Deniz is again very family orientated and here the beach slopes very gently into the calm lagoon. There is also a bar, restaurant and toilet/shower block.

Prices shown are the total price for the apartment for 6 people. There is supplement of £70 pw for an additional adult, or £30 pw for an additional child.
Please contact us for a booking form. If you wish to make a booking we require a 25% deposit. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. You will also be asked to pay a breakages deposit of £100. This will be refunded immediately on your return, subject to there being no damages reported.
