Built to high specification and using local craftsmen and materials, the villa offers a comfortable and convenient base for those wishing to explore this area. The villa is serviced by the experienced Nicholas Estates. They will arrange for the cleaning of, repairs to the premises and organise transfers to and from Dalaman airport. Transfers from Dalaman airport can be organised by us through NGI Travel at an extra cost (guests will be picked up by NGI representaives holding up the NGI Travel board at the airport).

The villa accommodates up to 12 people. Prices are based on 8 persons per week. Additional persons are charged at £30 p.w extra.
Baby cot can be arranged for at £15 (for entire duration of stay)
Late Deals and early Bargain offers do not include servicing clean of the Villa in between the stay.

Bookings in August must be for a minimum of 2 weeks
Transfer from Dalaman airport can be arranged for £80 total return for 1-4 passengers. These are in addition to rental costs (guests have to look out for the NGI Travel board).

July 2008 Dear John, We have been back from our holiday, but we felt we must thank you for the use of your Villa Fleurie in Ovacik. The Villa itself is simply wonderful and had everything you could possibly want to make your holiday very comfortable. There was ample storage in the bedrooms, the lounge was very comfortable, having 3 bathrooms was a delight having 4 women in the group and the kitchen had everything possible if you decided to eat in. We shall definitely make use of the BBQ next year when we go for 2 weeks as 1 week is not enough to delight fully in the surrounding areas. The transfers to and fro from the airport went very smoothly and the cleaners came in twice a week-the Villa was spotless. The area around the villa has wonderful scenery and was very peaceful. June 2008 Dear John, we have once again had a marvellous holiday at Villa Fleurie. We have had such a relaxing time that we haven't done as much sightseeing as we would have liked to. We spent an enjoyable time at the Ghost town, the next day we went to Fethiye and bartered a few bargains! We loved the laggon as it was uncrowded, picturesque, safe and sandy. The reason we loved the Villa is because it is beautifully equipped with every mod con that you could need. The pool, grounds and villa are immaculate.
