It takes only 10 min by minibus to get to one of the best beaches - Olu Deniz. Turkish city of Fethiye (called Telemessos by antient Greeks) with its bazaars, seafood restaurants and a great marina is also 10 min away by minibus. Spacious and fully air-conditioned villa is set on 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 terraces and 1 balcony. Master bedroom has its own terrace and on-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. Open plan living/dining area leads onto a sun terrace, overlooking landscaped garden. Beautifully furnished in a traditional Turkish style, villa provides you with comforts. It also has all modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large swimming pool (40 m2) and a spacious sun terrace, providing shadow for the most part of the day.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turquise coast , the most beautiful part of Turkish Mediterranean, enjoys over 300 sunny days a year with the weather and warm sea guaranteed 6 months a year (1st May - 31st October) Olu Deniz beach, a Blue Flag winner, is set at the foot of a spectacular Babadag mountain facing a breathtaking bay. Paraglading, waterskying, jets, sea cruizing, diving and much more is available for adventure lovers. Variety of restaurants and cafes, serving English and Turkish cusine, are found on the sea front. The beach is vast (3 km) and never crowded even during the pick of the season. The Lycian coast was chosen by Ancient Greeks to set up their thriving trading ports. Fethiye (ancient Telemessos) dates back to those times and tourists can visit 2500 years old Lycian tombs. Rich cultures of Greek, Roman, Bysantium and Ottoman empires left behind many traces - amphitheatres, temples and mosques. Ovacik is located between Olu Deniz and Fethiye, spread out in a beautiful valley below Babadag mountain.It is popular with those who like private accommodation whilst still within walking distance of local amenities. It is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday and long country walks. There is also a good selection of small restaurants and local Tavernas serving freshly prepared food and drinks.
Hisaronu is a hill resort with many small family run hotels, shops, restaurants and bars where the locals make everyone feel welcome, it has grown into a very family orientated resort. The restaurants not only offer fine traditional Turkish cuisine but also cater for international tastes such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese and English. Meals are generally good value and usually produced with locally sourced fresh meat, vegetables and fruit. There are so many places to visit and plenty of activities that can be enjoyed by all ages .These can be found locally, or arrranged with tour offices, and include:

In addition to a vast sun terrace on a ground floor, three bedrooms on the upper floor have private terraces. Fully air-conditioned. Surrounded by a landscaped garden with mature almond trees.

This villa benefits from having 3 covered terraces, which would provide protection from intense morning sun and would aloow to ejoy the mild sun in the evening. Very large, covered garden terrace is an ideal place to dine, whilst overlooking the big, private pool. This is also a good place for barbeque in the evening.
Well maintained colourful garden has ample lawn area for outdoor games.

25% of rental fee is required. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the start of a holiday. Refundable breakages deposit of £200 is required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of departure. Pets are strictly not allowed.
