Home description
Located in OVACIK with views of the Babadag mountain, a few minutes from the bustling village of Hisaronu, and only a short bus ride from the famous Olu Deniz beach with its beautiful blue lagoon. Fethiye is also only a short bus ride away, with its market, many shops and restaurants and beautiful harbour. The Villa is in a quite location, just a few minutes walk to the main road, where there are many restaurants and Hotels, and the Dolmus Bus that takes you into Hisaronu, Olu Deniz or Fethiye, yet quite enough that you do not hear any noise at night.
The villa is air-conditioned, it has its own pool, with a separate baby pool. We have tired to make the Villa as child friendly as we can, as we have 4 children ourselves ranging from a 1 year old through to a 12 year old!! i.e Baby gates etc can be supplied if required. NB The main pool is the standard 1.4 meters deep and does not have a shallow end,.
The garden, has a wall going all the way round the villa, with a gate to stop children escaping!!
The villa has the Grand Ucel water park hotel at the top of the road, which you can spend either the day or afternoon there, and the kids love.

Ovacik, is up in the mountains so you get a lovely cool breeze, yet, the beautiful blue lagoon in olu deniz is only a short Taxi or Dolmus ride away.
Our vilia is situated in a quiet road, just off the main road, opposite the Grand Ucel Water Park Hotel

There are many things to do, all sorts of water sports, including white water rafting, paracending, and paragliding.

Further details indoors: The Villa actaully has 4 l bedrooms, 3 are very large with the 4th being a kids den, suitable for children and all teenagers , it has a full height dressing area with velux window, but a slightly sloping roof over 1 of the twin beds, but you are still able to stand.
Due to the layout of this Villa it is ideal for 2 families, when we go with friends, we put all the children on the second floor which has 4 Twin Beds in 2 rooms. These 2 rooms share a bathroom, this top bedroom has another Tv / Dvd player and a play station to keep the kids occupied.
The first floor is then ideal for 2 couples as each bedroom is en suite with wardrobes down the adjoining wall in each bedroom, making them quite soundproof!!!
The other way you could do it, would be to have 1 family on the first floor and the other family on the Second Floor.

Twin beds ( can be pushed together to make a double) Fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets. Double French Doors leading to balcony over looking the pool and views of the Bagdad mountain
Second Floor
Bedroom 3
Twin beds ( could be pushed together) Double Wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. Small window overlooking the pool and views of the bagdad mountain. Tv /DVD player and playstation, with 4 bean bag chairs to sit on.
Bedroom 4
Twin beds ( due to the sloping ceiling on one side of this room, it is only really suitable for children up to the age of 16) Small window to rear of property.
Bathroom - shared by both bedrooms 3 and 4 With walk in shower, toilet and washbasin
Bedding and towels are included - (Towels for use within the Villa Only)
Travel Cot, stair gates and High chair Available
Further details outdoors: The villa gets the sun all day right up until late in the afternoon
Gardens and pool are very secluded and can not be lover looked from the road
Lovely patio area with bean bag chairs, and wooden dining room furniture, makes alfresco dining a real treat
We also have a pet tortoise, which the kids will love.

The Villa is strictly NON- SMOKING to aid in the comfort of our other guests and due to the fact that I am asthmatic.
