There are a great many places of interest in Turkey.Fethiye is only an 8min dolmus ride away boasting a beautiful harbour where you can enjoy eating at one of the popular harbour restaurants there are lots of shops cafes and bars, and a market every Tuesday.The village of Kaya Koy ( ghost village) is 15 mins away by car and for history lovers is well worth a visit. If you fancy being more adventurous you could pay a visit to Gocek situated just 20 mins from Dalaman which is backed by majestic mountains dense pine forests a beautiful bay and natural harbour. The Blue Lagoon in Olu Deniz is famous for it's stunning natural beauty and protected area, with it's fantastic panoramic views and long sandy beaches to stroll along.

Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hisaronu is just a short bus ride away, here you will find an abundance of shops, night clubs and bars, there is a weekly market every Monday with lots of bargains from designer wear to fresh fruit, vegetables and spices.There is something for everyone here whether you just want to relax ,or you want to be more adventurous, the area of Ovacik is central to all your needs and has something to offer everyone, with some great value restaurants and friendly bars just a 5mins walk away.

This brand new villa has 3 large double bedrooms it sleeps 6-8 all the bedrooms are spacious and light the Master Bedroom being en-suite with bath/shower wc and wash basin LCD TV DVD & Satelite TV. Bedroom 2 also has LCD TV & DVD Player. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all are fully furnished to a very high standard. There is a 2nd bathroom with shower cubicle,wc and wash basin on the upper floor to accommodate other guests. There are balconies outside two of the bedrooms with table and chairs for you to relax and take in the views. On the ground floor the living/dining area is open plan spacious and well equipped with all the usual appliances which include a washing machine oven hob fridge/freezer and dining table and six chairs. The living area is well equipped for your comfort and stay to include TV Video DVD CD Player and Satalite TV with plenty of comfortable seating which include 2 large sofa beds.The living area is also air conditioned and there is a 3rd bathroom with wc shower cubicle and wash basin. A Safety Deposit Box is provided for guests to use for safe keeping of their personal belongings passports, money, flight tickets etc.There is an Internal Alarm System plus door and window locks for your added security. There are two sets of patio doors that lead out to the terrace/patio, private pool, and well maintained gardens with barbeque and outside shower.

Outside the large patio/sun terrace is well eqipped with patio table and six chairs the villa is south facing and enjoys full sunshine all day but with a gentle breeze coming from the mountains to keep you cool while you relax and take in the fantastic views. With a large private pool and pretty gardens the patio area has wrought iron surroundings making it child friendly. There is an outside shower six sunbeds with mattress's, 3 parasoll's and 2 pool side tables there is a barbeque for anyone wanting to dine alfresco. There is off road parking facilities.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 GBP is required to confirm booking, the balance being payable 10 weeks prior to departure at this stage a £200 good housekeeping deposit is required (in case of any breakages) this deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of your return if no damage has occured.Please make sure when booking the villa all details are correct. We recommend you take out the appropriate travel insurance as no responsibility will be taken by the propriator. 2 sets of bed linen and towels are provided the villa is cleaned and bedding changed at the end of each rental period.The villa towels are for sole use inside the villa and guests must use their own towels for use on the sunbeds.The air conditioning units double up as heaters for anyone wishing to book in the cooler months.

Conditions

There are no change over days to allow greater flexibility in booking flights.Guests may access the villa after 4 pm on the day of arrival the property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless arranged and payed for in advance.
