Brooklands Villa is just a short walk from the main activities and attractions awaiting you in Hisaronu. The villa was built in 2005, is spacious,fully air-conditioned, has mosquito screens on all windows and doors and has been furnished to the highest standard. The villa is on 3 floors having 2 large double bedrooms with a shared Shower room downstairs and 2 more large double bedrooms each with own private bathroom/shower and balcony upstairs. The lounge area has another cloakroom and leads to the fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast Bar.
The Kitchen contains all amenities to give a home from home feel. The Kitchen leads to an 'L' shaped covered terrace, ideal for eating al fresco and gazing into the forest over your morning coffee and fresh provisions from the local supermarket just a stones throw away in the High Street.
The terrace leads down to the main Private Pool and small Children's pool and Barbecue where there is plenty of space to lie in the sun and splash in the pools.
Downstairs is a newly finished TV/Leisure room with 37" LCD TV, Satellite, DVD, Playstation and Surround Sound System Great to relax and enjoy a movie or let the kids play games on the Playstation.
The villa is perfectly placed for Hisaronu High Street and yet nestled quietly amongst the Pine trees. There is a daily free Private Pick up from the Villa to Genc beach located at the Lagoon at Oludeniz just 10 minutes away where you can spend a wonderful tranquil day enjoying the lagoon and the beautiful Babadag Mountain views and take a pedaloe out across the lagoon. There are Restaurants there too.
The Dolmus (local Bus) runs every few minutes and services both Oludeniz and the vibrant town of Fethiye (just 14 minutes away by bus). Fethiye is a fantastic harbour where many boat trips can be enjoyed.
We believe our villa is ideally placed so you can get anywhere easily and will make for a holiday experience you will never forget.

It's lovely having the pools for a refreshing dip	Nestled among the Pine Trees but close enough to Hisaronu Busy Town Centre.
Plenty of seating in the lounge and views out to the terrace and pool.	A well equipped Kitchen for all your needs.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Stunning scenery and Mountain views. The best beaches and crystal clear water. There is so much natural beauty to see. Rainlful is sparce but the landscape is always lush and green.
The areas are inexpensive, so go and explore the Historic untouched sites, the great beaches, the great markets where you can buy the best Leather goods and great gifts to take home and of course the nightlife in Hisaronu.
The food is irresistible and there are so many different varieties to choose from. The fruit and vegetables are all locally grown and are delicious.

Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area

Hisaronu is situated on a Plateau above Fethiye and Oludeniz. It used to be a farming community and the road used to travel between Oludeniz and Fethiye. Today it's a bustling town full of fun and friendliness, with shops full of designer clothing and accessories, Jewelery shops, Turkish gift shops and of course a mulitude of different restaurants and a selection of bars. New to 2007 was a newly built Nightclub which offers 3 bars for all tastes in music. There are plenty of Exchange Shops, Cash Points, Pharmacies, Taxi ranks and of course Dolmus buses running through the town every few minutes from 7am until midnight every day in the holiday season. There is a weekly market on a Monday which sells everything from fruite and vegetables to all kinds of gifts and clothing. Great place to haggle and buy a bargain. Also there are Horse Riding Stables nearby and great for all the family to enjoy.
Oludeniz is the most photographed Beach, with it's white beach, turquoise sea and Blue Lagoon. It;s great to lie on the beach and watch the paragliders decending downwards to the beach. Parascending or Paragliding are available to everyone and a great memory to take back home with you.

How to get there

The nearest Airport is Dalaman and only 35 miles away. The transfer time is approximately 50 minutes and achieved by private pick-up. We will arrange your pick-up from the Airport to the Villa and Vice-Versa. The cost of this is currently £80 per return journey for up to 4 people and £20 per return journey for each additional member of your party.
Car Hire is available in Hisaronu for the duration of your stay if you wish to explore the wonderful landscape and places of interest.
A number of airlines and tour operators fly to Dalaman from many UK airports. One popular website is www.travelsupermarket.com which is definitely worth a try for cheap flights from around the UK.

The patio area outside has 2 secure gates to prevent children wandering down to the pools and away from the villa and also gated at the end of the pathway and by the steps leading out to the road.

Stricltly no smoking inside the villa. You may smoke outside in the terrace area.
A booking cannot be confirmed until a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental are received by the owner. Acceptance of the booking is subject to these terms and conditions and the booking will be confirmed in writing by the owner.
A security deposit of £200 is required to cover any damage to the property or contents, or loss during the rental period. The damage deposit will be banked, and returned to the client in full, or the balance returned at the latest within four weeks of expiry of the rental period.
The balance due for the rental together with the security deposit must be paid no less than six weeks before the date of commencement of the rental period. Delay in payment will constitute cancellation by the client of the booking.
