The villa is located in a prime spot on the sought after Nicholas Gate complex with two good sized swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens. The lively hillside town of Hisaronu with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops is less than 5 minutes walk away, yet the complex is set in an exclusive tranquil setting, backing on to the pine forest.
The accommodation is extremely spacious and consists 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with en suite) each with their own balcony, separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned lounge/dining area, downstairs WC and large covered terrace. The 3rd bedroom is on the cool lower ground floor with double bed and sofa providing additional accommodation.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The region is dominated by the Taurus Mountains that sweep down to the sparkling clear sea forming an irregular coastline of rocky headlands and secluded coves. The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, is a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, and sporting activities.
Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area
Hisarönü is unspoilt and surrounded by breathtaking views, with stunning mountain backdrops and pine clad forest. It has an irresistible charm of its own, with its many shops, bars and restaurants’ offering culinary delights, both Turkish and International.
Olu Deniz with its stunning beach and the ancient market/harbour town of Fethiye are both well connected with the frequent dolmus (mini-buse) service.
Local activities include traditional Turkish nights, gulet cruises, tandem paragliding 6000ft from the summit of Babadag Mountain over the lagoon at Olu Deniz, scuba diving from Fethiye, white water rafting, and horse riding.....…Or you can just sit back with a glass of raki, relax and enjoy the sunshine!
Trips to the famous historical sites at Ephesus, Pamukkale, the mud baths at Dalyan, plus many more can be arranged with the local agents.

Hi Nick.
May I first of all thank you for allowing us to rent your Villa. The only word to describe it is beautiful. I hope you do not mind but we showed some people around and they were speechless as we were. The people from NGI were excellent in the airport transfers, and the young lads who work at Nicholas Gate could not do enough for us. All these factors put together made the holiday a wonderful experience.

Once again we had a really tremendous time, your villa was lovely and a great place to get away to. It was great to be met by the NGI rep at the gate and not have to join all the bus queues. We thoroughly enjoyed our break again, the people are so friendly and generous. We took the kids on alot more trips this year and Dianne enjoyed shopping, what more do you need in a holiday?
