Grena E4 is a first floor dupluex apartment which has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard, to provide quality holiday accommodation. The Grena complex has 42 privately owned apartments set in beautifully maintained, extensive gardens surrounding 2 large swimming pools. There are outstanding mountain views all around. The apartment has a peaceful location, for those people who enjoy lying by the pools, but close enough to enjoy all the fun of Hisaronu. A selection of local restaurants/bars are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is the south west coast of Turkey. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its pine clad mountains and beautiful beaches. Ovacik is a quiet rural area on the outskirts of the lively, friendly resort of Hisaronu. Olu Deniz, is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey and is just 10 minutes away by dolmus. Fethiye is a large, bustling market town and is 15 minutes away.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
The local dolmus' (minibuses), run past the top of the Grena complex on the main Fethiye to Hisaronu road. These will quickly and easily take you to Hisaronu, Olu Deniz and Fethiye for just a few pence. Hisaronu is within walking distance. Although the restaurants and bars local to the complex are excellent. Hisaronu has an abundance of restaurants which cater for all tastes. The quality of food is outstanding and good value. Fethiye is the main market town, set on a beautiful natural harbour. Here you can shop till you drop then sit on the harbour and people watch. Ovacik has a good, peaceful location, yet near to all the action. There are several small supermarkets next to the complex for food essentials and several restaurants if you don't want to go far.

Fly to Dalaman airport. The Grena complex is approximately 1 hour away. Private transfers will be arranged.

Further details indoors: Grena E4 occupies 2 floors in a block of just 4 apartments. The main door of the apartment opens onto the impressive marble staircase which takes you up to the open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen has marble work surfaces over solid pine, locally made units, and is fully equipped with a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The lounge area has a double sofa bed and 2 armchairs. There is a T.V. with DVD, and a CD stereo with a selection of DVDs and CDs. Double french doors open onto a large, comfortably furnished balcony ideal for alfresco dining. This balcony overlooks the main pool. Also on this floor is a large twin bedroom with locally handcrafted wardrobes and drawers. A hairdrier has been supplied. Next to this bedroom is a shower room with floor to ceiling tiles. There is a w.c., handbasin and shower cubicle fitted. There is also a large furnished balcony at the rear of the property. Here you can take in the outstanding mountain views and watch the sunset. On the second floor is the large master bedroom. This has a kingsize bed, drawers, vanity unit with hairdrier, and a walk-in wardrobe/cupboard, with electronic safe. This bedroom has an en suite shower room, tiled floor to ceiling and having a w.c., handbasin and walk-in shower. There is also a very private roof terrace with breath-taking views. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Towels (not beach towels) and crisp cotton bedlinen is supplied. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and departure (and mid-week during a 2 week stay). Extra cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.
We have endeavoured to make the apartment more comfortable, better equipped, and generally more impressive that the average holiday rental property. A real home from home.

Further details outdoors: All apartments on the Grena Complex surround 2 large swimming pools. There are 2 children's pools. There are sunbeds and parasols around the pool areas, and suberbly maintained landscaped gardens. Tucked away in the corner of the complex is a small cafe/bar.

The swimming pool is for use between 1st May and 31st October There are ample sunbeds and parasols around the pool for the guests on the Grena complex.
Conditions
Due to the number of steps in the apartment, it would not be suitable for wheelchairs.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
£50 non refundable deposit per week is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before your departure date.
Cancellations made 2-8 weeks before departure ; 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before departure ; No refund.
£200 refundable deposit is required before departure to cover possible breakages/damage to the apartment. We will refund these monies approx 10 working days after your return once our agents have cleared the apartment from your rental period.
We prefer to be paid by bank transfer ( BACS 3 day clearance or the Faster Payments Service, same day) into our bank account but we are also happy to accept cheques but these must be cleared before the rental period begins.
Prices include;

- Welcome pack of food essentials.
- Access to local agent.
- Use of electronic safe.
Airport transfers will be arranged at a cost of £80 return for parties of up to 4 and £110 for parties of 5/6.
Apartment keys will be available from our driver at the airport when you arrive.
Our agent will visit you on your first day to make sure that you have settled in to the apartment and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. They will also collect the airport transfer fee in £ sterling.
We have contact with owners of other properties on and around the Grena development who rent, therefore we can help to find accommodation if you have more than one party wanting an apartment, or if we are already booked for your choosen dates.
