Magnolia C2 apartment is a larger than average duplex apartment which has been furnished and equipped to very high standards to provide a home from home in the sun, for those looking for somewhere very special to spend their holidays.
Set on an exclusive, highly desirable developement of 10 apartments and 10 villas, all privately owned, and surrounding a large swimming pool and landscaped gardens, which are immaculately maintained at all times. Magnolia has a beautiful location with magnificent views of Babadag and Mendos Mountains. The complex has a peaceful location yet is just a 12 minute stroll from the lively, but friendly resort of Hisaronu, with its abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is on the south west coast of Turkey. It is a region of outstanding natural beauty, being very green and mountainous. The Magnolia apartment is set on a plateau, 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it more comfortable in the hot summer temperatures. Ovacik is on the outskirts of the lively resort of Hisaronu ( 12 minutes walk ), and only 10 minutes by dolmus from the breath-taking coastline of Olu Deniz. Fethiye is only 15 minutes by dolmus. This is a busy market town set on a beautiful natural harbour. A great place to people watch. The dolmus (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around. They can be caught on the main Fethiye-Hisaronu road, just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area
Ovacik is a quiet, rural area just outside of Hisaronu. There are several small supermarkets nearby for all food essentials and several restaurants, but most of the nightlife is found in the lively resort of Hisaronu. This is just a 12 minute stroll away. Here you will find every type of international cuisine, all cooked to high standards, but costing very little. There are many bars here although they are generally not rowdy.
There are many activities and places of interest in this region on Turkey. Gullet criuses can be taken from Fethiye and Olu Deniz. Water sports and paragliding are available from Olu Deniz. Other arranged day trips,which can be booked from agents in Hisaronu, include; Jeep Safari, Dalayan river cruise and mud baths, Saklikient gorge, the ancient city of Ephesus, the cotton mountains of Pamukale and many more.
How to get there
Fly to Dalaman airport. The journey to the apartment takes approximately 1 hour. Private transfers can be arranged.

Further details indoors: The entrance of the apartment opens into the turret and holds the impressive sweeping marble staircase which takes you to the first floor of the building. Here you will find a large fully equipped dining kitchen. The kitchen is made with locally crafted solid pine units with marble work surfaces over. There is a full cooker, microwave and large fridge-freezer to stock all those cold drinks. The cupboards are stocked with all the crocs. and pots you will need. The kitchen overlooks the lounge area tastefully furnished with a Turkish feel. Here you will find a large, comfortable sofa bed (sleep 2), another sofa and an armchair. We have installed digital satelite television with many english speaking channels, a DVD player and CD stereo, with a large collection of DVD's and CD's. Off the lounge is a furnished balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The views here can only be described as breathtaking.
Also on this floor is the twin bedroom, with wardrobes and dressing table. A hairdrier is supplied. Next to the twin bedroom is a shower room. This is tiled floor to ceiling and has a w.c. handbasin and shower cubicle.
The master bedroom occupies the whole of the upper floor. This is a huge, impressive room with a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe/cupboard, drawers and dressing table. We have built a corner cushion area for those afternoon siesta's. There is a second television and CD stereo with another selection of CD's, tea/coffee making facilities, and a mini-fridge. There is also a hairdrier, ironing board and iron.
The circular en suite to the master bedroom has a large jacuzzi bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin, with floor to ceiling mosaic tiling. A washing machine has also been installed.
To the rear of the property is the second balcony with BBQ, furnished for alfresco dining and with open views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, the use of which is included in our prices.
Towels (not beach towels), and crisp cotton bedlinen is supplied, and the apartment is cleaned mid week for 1 week bookings, and every 5 days on bookings of 2 or more weeks. (Once a week in during the winter months). Again, this is all included in our prices.
We have endeavoured to make the apartment more comfortable, better equipped, and generally more impressive that the average holiday rental property. A real home from home. Ongoing maintenance between every set of guests means that the apartment will always look fresh and clean at all times of the year.
WE HAVE A BEAUIFUL CAST IRON WOOD BURNER FOR OUR WINTER GUESTS.
Further details outdoors: The Magnolia complex has well stocked gardens, surrounding a large swimming pool complete with ample sunbeds and parasols. The site has a team of maintenance staff which keep it all looking immaculate at all times. There is a small shop/bar at the top of the site, selling drinks and snacks. There are outstanding mountain views all around.

A wood burning stove installed in the lounge fireplace is used to heat the apartment during the winter months. (a small charge will be made for fuel, £10 per week)

Help and advise is available 24hrs a day to ensure a carefree holiday.

Sorry, unsuitable for wheelchairs due to number of steps. No Smoking in the apartment but we have no objection to smoking on the balconies.

-A representative to welcome you on arrival and be on hand if called upon during your stay.
During the winter months, a £10 per week, local charge is made for fuel for the wood burner.
Xmas bookings; the apartment will be decorated festively.
£50 per week is required to secure a booking.(non refundable)
Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
£200 refundable deposit is required before departure to cover possible damage/breakages.

Return Airport Transfers for dalaman airport can be arranged at a cost of £70 return for parties of upto 4, or £85 for parties of 5 or 6.
We have contact with owners of other properties on and around the Magnolia developement who rent, therefore we can help to find accommodation if you have more than one party wanting an apartment, or if we are already booked for your choosen dates.
