About the home

A large brand new 3 bed detached villa with itsown private infinity pool, set in own garden with views of the mountains, surrounding the property. Villa Connor is situated in Ovacik within short walking distance of Hisaronu town. Olu Deniz Beach is a short journey away with panoramic views and a choice of famous lagoon or beach. Villa Connor has 3 bedrooms upstairs; 2 are doubles, 1 is a twin, there is also a travel cot. Upstairs there is a main bathroom and an en-suit e and the third bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for home from home. There are 2 sofas in the living room with the 3 seater being a sofa bed. There is air conditioning fitted in all of the bedrooms but there is a nice breeze due to where the villa is situated. For large groups we have friend that also have a villa 2 doors away.
Daily pool and garden maintenance and a cleaner comes in once a week with clean sheets and towels.

Play Station 2 with a mixture of games to suit all ages as well as many DVDs for all age groups. The TV is used for these but is not connected to an arial.
There is a stero with CD player and IPod docking station but no CDs are provided.
An alram is fitted on the Villa.

Upstairs Terrace has a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun beds.
Downstairs Terrace has a table and 6 chairs.
Pool area has 6 sun beds and a parasol.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is due at booking and the remainer 75% is due 8 weeks before your stay.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is due at booking and will be refunded 2 weeks from your arrival back home subject to a satisfactory property inspection and keys being returned.
Change over times are arrival 5pm onwards and departure 10am but can be discussed and changed if required due to flights but there might be a small charge for additional time required.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Ovacik is situated on southwest coast of Turkey. Hisaronu is a 10-15 min walk away with bars, restaurants and shops. The famous lagoon and conversation area of Olu Deniz is also a short taxi/Dolmus ride away. In the opposite direction the town of Fethiye has a marina, shops, bars and restaurants. It has a weekly market and the harbour offering a variety of boat trips.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Local places to visit:

Fethiye - This is a fascinating and captivating town, which retains much of its Turkish character and owes little to the arrival of tourism. The large Bazaar (market) is held every Tuesday, with everything from fruit to designer clothes available. The harbour offers boat trips and diving trips can be arranged in this area. The Fish Market is everyday, and is situated behind the main harbour road. There you can choose your fish/seafood and the nearby restaurants will cook it for you.

Hisaronu - this is a lively town and within walking distance from the villa in Ovacik. It is a bustling shopping, restaurant and bar area. There are many excellent restaurants accommodating all tastes.

Olu Deniz - Beach is ranked as one of the best in the entire Mediterranean coastline, known as the "Turquoise Coast". This area is a nature reserve. Entrance to the reserve costs less than £5 and you can enjoy all the usual facilities. The lagoon is ideal for children and snorkelling as the water is crystal clear. At night the bars and restaurants come alive.

Kaya Koy - Also known as Ghost Town - This is an ancient historical area where once the Greeks resided until leaving Turkey. Now, however still uninhabited, it provides an enjoyable and interesting location to visit.

Airlines: Flytomascook.com, Thomson & Easy jet flights cost between £105 - £240 depending on season and how far in advance you book.

The Villa is on the lower road and the walk on the lower road into Hisoranu is 15 min stroll or 10 min walk. This brings you out a Oasis Restaurant and in the middle of the town. We are 5 min walk up the hill to the main road which brings you out at the Best Supermarket in Ovacik.

“Amazing villa” We have stayed in this villa a number of times over the past few years and every time it gets better and bettter! The villa is very well equipped just like being home from home with everything you need. The private pool is of a very goid size and well mantained. The villa is about a 10 min walk into hisaronu or you can walk up the hill towards the main road and catch a domus bus into town. You can catch the bus to olu deniz and fethiye too. There's a few restaurants situated on the main road into town too. Would recommand yaznec restaurant along the back roads into town about a 5 min walk away from villa the restaurant is English owned and of a very high standard. A trip down to olu deniz is well worth it for all the beach lovers. The owners are very helpful with bookings and provide local information books at the villa with leafets of restaurants and supermarkets that deliver. We always find this extremely helpful. Would throughly recommend this villa to anyone of all age groups as there is always something to do that suits everyone.
