About the home

Our lovely villa was completed in June 2006 and is furnished to a high standard with the added benefit of air-conditioning throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Relax and enjoy your holiday whilst being able to use the many home comforts provided.

Its location is ideal, whether you choose relaxation,sightseeing or activities .There is something to suit everyones taste for a perfect holiday.

If you can tear yourself away from our villa, the Orka Hotel is on your door step and you can make use of their many facilities if you wish.

The nearest supermarket is only 150 m from the villa and is open 24 hours ideal for late arrivals. There is a selection of small shops and restaurants close by.

A 15 minute stroll and you find Hisaronu which offers a variety of larger supermarkets, shops ,bars, entertainment and restaurants to suit all tastes.

A 10 minute ride on a dolmus and you arrive at the beautiful coastal resort of Oludeniz.and the famous blue lagoon which is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey

15 minutes in the opposite direction will take you to the town of Fethiye with its bustling market, larger stores and relaxing tree lined harbour.

The master bedroom has a separate dressing room equipped with triple wardrobe and dressing table.

The second bedroom beds can be put together as a double bed if required

All bedrooms have ample storage with a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets/drawers and a hairdryer.

The spacious open plan lounge ,dining area and kitchen leads onto a covered terrace.

This property boasts an extra lounge, ideal for larger families, with settee, table and chairs. It is a great place to relax whilst reading, listening to music or playing the many games provided .

The sofa bed ,if required provides additional sleeping for 2 more people.
We also have a single, luxury,mains pump operated airbed,which can be placed in any of the bedrooms.

A travel cot and highchair are provided, for our younger guests to use, at no extra cost.

This property benefits from having 3 balconies, east facing for early morning relaxation, south facing to enjoy the mid-day sun and west facing to admire the stunning sunset.

Use the covered terrace as an ideal place to dine, whilst overlooking the large private pool.

Well maintained colourful garden has ample lawn area for outdoor games.

The villa is accessed by our own private drive which is set back 100 metres from the local road.

The Pool and gardens are enclosed to give additional safety for our younger guests.

This area boasts the best weather climates with long hot summers and cool mild winters. It is a very beautiful and breathtaking part of Turkey, there is stunning scenery, secluded coves and fascinating ancient ruins. There are many places of interest and each with their own distinct appeal. Excursions can be booked locally and some of the most popular are:

Ovacik is located between Oludeniz and Fethiye, spread out in a beautiful valley below Babadag mountain.It is popular with those who like private accommodation,whilst still within walking distance of local amenities. It is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday and long country walks. There is also a good selection of small restaurants and local Tavernas serving freshly prepared food and drinks.

Hisaronu is a hill resort with many small family run hotels, shops, restaurants and bars where the locals make everyone feel welcome, it has grown into a very family orientated resort. The restaurants not only offer fine traditional Turkish cuisine but also cater for international tastes such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese and English. Meals are generally good value and usually produced with locally sourced fresh meat, vegetables and fruit.
There are so many places to visit and plenty of activities that can be enjoyed by all ages .These can be found locally, or arranged with tour offices, and include:

“Our Best holiday EVER..” From the moment we arrived,we felt so relaxed,what a beautiful location.The villa lived up to our expectations and catered very well for our party.It was difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool,but when we did we found friendly resturants,bars and shops on our doorstep.Having the Orka Hotel across the road was an added bonus.The cleaning,maintainance and transfers they provided were first class along with the great evening entertainment, that we all enjoyed.The trips we went on were good value and we all loved the 6 island boat trip and the jeep safari.The beach is as pretty as in the holiday brochures and so easy to get to as the dolmus stopped just at the bottom of the drive,.We were spoilt for choice for places to eat.The local resturants provided some great entertainment and we never had a bad meal anywhere.Several times we made use of the bbq at the villa and watched the beautiful sunset from the balcony.Missing it already....cant wait to go back.

“Fantastic holiday had by all” We stayed at the villa sept 2010 for two weeks.There were two couples 45/48 year olds.What an absolutely lovely villa.Prime location,bars and shops very close by and the comfort of the hotel orka amenaties to boot.Villa was spotless and very spacious,furnished to a high standard ,It is in a prime position,pool is private and not overlooked.It has great allround views. We cant wait to revisit this villa,so have booked again.We were picked up at the airport by the orkas minibus which was pre arranged .Ovacik is about 10 mins walk from Hisaronu which is bustling with bars and restaurants.The best meal we had during our stay was at 3 cheers which is 2mins walk from villa.A dolbus passes the entrance every 2 mins,one way to Olu deniz ,takes about 5 mins,the other way to Fetihe,takes about 10 mins.would highly reccomend Fetihe fish market.You buy your own choice of sea food from the fishmongers inside.he prepares it and you take it to a restaurant of your choice to cook it for a small fee.Olu Deniz beach is lovely.The best part of this holiday is the freedom the villa gives you,it is a credit to the owners.
